Teddy Duchamp's POV
(Time skip)
I was reading a book in bed, thinking about Chris being next to me, I frowned "I miss him a lot" I whispered rubbing my bandages as tears ran down my face. I hear a knock on the door "come in!" The second I saw his face my heart jumped. I sat up smiling as Chris ran in to hug me, I nuzzled into his neck "I missed you so much!" Chris pulled away kissing me softly. Chris held my hand lightly "I missed seeing you, how's your scar?" He asked, I rubbed my bandages "they come off tomorrow but I'll have a huge scar" Chris smiled brightly. I looked down at the floor "I'll look really ugly with a scar across my face" I frowned, Chris gasped "no you won't! You will look just as beautiful, any imperfections you have make you cuter" I smiled and gave him one last hug. "Well I gotta go, I promised Vern and Gordie I would go fishing with them" I gave him a saddened look "ok..." I kissed him softly "I love you" he whispered "I love you too" he let go of my hand walked out the door. I have a sigh of sadness as the door shut.
