Opia (Ichigo x reader)

"I'll put all the pastries in this cute little box here!" Yuzu said while looking at all the cute things you guys made. She excitedly wrapped it all in a bow and placed it by the door so you wouldn't forget it. Isshin comes down from his room to tell the girls they should think about going to bed.
"Young girls like you two shouldn't be up this late. And Ichigo, you should think about walking (Y/N) home soon as well." Isshin says.
"Alright dad." Ichigo replies. Isshin grabs your things for you and waits by the the door. He had everything you're taking to Urahara's in a little backpack to make it easier for you. Everyone gives you hugs and you and Ichigo start to head back to Urahara's shop. You couldn't feel anymore happier; anymore warm inside despite how cold it is outside. Ichigo surprisingly turns around and grabs you by the shoulders and says, "I have a perfect spot we can look at the stars." He says looking at you intensely. "I noticed how wowed you were by them on our way to my home. I'd figure we'd spend more time together. What do you think?"
"I would, no doubt, love to." You reply. Ichigo then picks you up and throws you on his back. This scared you for a moment but Ichigo's cute giggles the whole time made you feel better and once you were safely on his back. You have your arms around his neck and your face buried in his jacket hood because your nose is getting a little cold. After a bit Ichigo stops and begins to let you down.
"We're here." He said and grabbed your hand and walked you over to a patch of grass by a stream. You both lay down next to one another and Ichigo looks at you and says, "Why so far away?" And pulls you close to him, in his arms. You two sit and talk about your favorite constellations. Then you eventually lay in silence but that's okay because you have that level of comfort with him. Everything feels warm and safe when you're with him. There's no need for conversation. Then you feel Ichigo pull a bit away to look at you. He gives you that look he did when you first met.
"I've never seen anyone like you." Ichigo says quietly. "I knew that the moment I saw you in the Soul Society."
You then feel the warmth of his lips on yours. His hands behind your ears and his thumbs by your eyes. You come apart to change position just to go right back. You can feel both your breaths colliding with one another which warms your nose from the cold. There's nothing in the universe you've ever felt that was better than this. It felt as if it was years in one minute. You never want to let go. Not for anything or anyone. You hold Ichigo closer to you, your bodies pressing together. Your new love is indescribable to your brain but very much describable to your heart. You can hear his fast going heart beat. You fall more in love with him every minute. You change position again, this kiss being more intense. Just as you felt you were going to explode with the amount of love you have for him, he randomly shoots up in panic.
"Ichigo?! What's wrong?" You say very surprised and get up from the grass.
"There's a hollow near by. It's getting closer, fast. Stay close to me but go hide somewhere were you can't be seen. Oh, there!" He then pointed to an old shack. You obey and go inside and close the door enough to were you can see outside. You then see Ichigo jump out of his body into shinigami form. Then the hollow came around the corner of this tall building and roared. You've never seen one in real life. You've only heard stories from other people in the soul society about them. Though, this one is bigger than you ever imagined them to be. Ichigo flash steps above the hollow to get rid of it fast. But- but it dodged it. The hollow dodged Ichigo's blow. Ichigo being one of the fastest things you've ever seen, you knew this wasn't any normal hollow. Ichigo landed on the ground.
"What the hell?" Ichigo whispers to him self. Ichigo flashed back to it. This time going at it from the side. As Ichigo's zanpakutō pierced the hollow, it started to disappear in thin air. Ichigo then swings his sword over his shoulder in victory and gives you a smile, waving you out the of the shack. You slowly step out.

WHACK!

You feel an immense amount of pain. A second hollow appeared and attacked you without warning. You were laying many yards away from where you were standing originally. The hollow standing over you. Ichigo is screaming and running towards you.
"Any closer, I'll kill the girl." The hollow said to him. Ichigo immediately stopped in his tracks. White and wide eyed as ever.
"No." He whispers. This hollow has a sharp finger and is bringing it closer to your neck.
"These claws drip with poison. It would kill anyone in minutes if I pierce them." Then the hollow allows a drop of hit your neck. You scream as loud as you ever have before. The poison was already eating at your skin. Ichigo is so furious he begins to shed tears.
"Don't you lay your filthy hands on her dammit." Ichigo says fuming. "What do you want me to do so you won't hurt her."
"Let me consume you and your giant spiritual pressure." The hollow replied. "And I'll let your precious go unharmed."
"If that's what you want, then fine." Your heart immediately dropped.
"Ichigo. No. No please. No." Tears begin to stream down your face. You can't move because of your new injuries. You try but fail.
"I don't want any games. Put that sword down over there." The hollow commands. You then see Ichigo place it on the ground and kick it away. Your heart is pounding so fast it feels as if it will come out your chest. The hollow moves away from you and goes to Ichigo and picks him up.
"Ichigo!!! Pleaseee NOOO. Please!" You scream. Then out of no where a blue blast hit the hollow in the back and it disappears into the air. You then see Uryu standing with his bow.
"You shouldn't have trusted I was going to come. What if I didn't?" Uryu said to Ichigo as he was getting up from the ground.
"I knew you would. There's no away I would have let that thing hurt (Y/N)." Ichigo says as he runs to reenter his normal body. Then he runs straight to you and picks you up as lightly as he can.
"You'll be okay. I promise." Ichigo says looking at you brushing your hair out of your face.
"I already told Orihime to meet us at Urahara's shop." Uryu said. "We should get going. We aren't that far."
You are barely holding onto consciousness. Ichigo is running as fast as he can with Uryu right behind him with your smushed goodies you made with Yuzu and Karin in his hand. This made you sad.
You guys made it to Urahara's pretty quickly with everyone waiting for you. Ichigo lies you down and a girl looks over you, with a bittersweet look in her eye. This is no doubt the one who Uryu called Orihime. You are soon covered with a bright yellowish orange shield, as Orihime called it, "Sōten Kisshun." As it made its way around your body. You can notice Ichigo looking over you worried with tears in his eyes and biting his nails. You start to dose off and as you do, you notice Orihime looking slightly at Ichigo. Looking as if she's fighting back tears. Once you're asleep, Urahara comes up to Ichigo and asks him to come to another room with him. Ichigo shuts the door behind him.
"I have a question to ask you." Urahara says.
"Hm, what?" Ichigo says wiping under his eyes.
"How would you feel if I drove out (Y/N)'s spiritual powers?"
Ichigo looks shocked.
"You can do that?" He asked surprised.
"Yes. The moment I met her, I noticed she had some spiritual pressure. Enough to sense when around her. But the reason why I'm asking you is because it can be a dangerous procedure to rush it but if we didn't, it could take years to even get her to the strength equivalent to a 4th seat." Urahara explains.
"How dangerous will it be?" Ichigo asks.
"Nothing to life threatening. She would have to really mess up."
"But she could die?"
"It's a possibility."
"Then no."
Urahara sighs and crosses his arms.
"Ichigo, you have to understand. You are a constantly hunted man. There are many evils out there who want to kill you. And if you are going to be with (Y/N) you have to realize she will become a main target to your foes as well. She needs to know how to defend herself."
"I can protect her just fine by myself." Ichigo retaliates. Urahara then takes Ichigo by the shoulder and leads him to be door and opens it a bit you show him you laying down on the ground being healed by Orihime.
"Yes you are strong Ichigo and I know you'd like to believe that you can protect 100 percent all the time but anything can happen. She needs to know how to defend for herself. It's also a matter of time before she will be wanted by the soul society too. She can't stay here forever either. She'd die of boredom and missing you, Ichigo. If you let me train with her, I won't let anything bad happen. You can even accompany the training yourself. I have the best interest of you two in mind. Believe me."
"Okay fine." Ichigo sighs.
"It will be for the better. Trust me."
