a new life (sequel to my vampire prince)

ok... so... i havent updated for a while...and people were bugging me... i wrote a chapter but i dont know if i should publish it. i dont know what made me want to write it like this but i did... i dont think i will keep it because to me it is a little confusing... im going to put it down below and if you like or dislike it please say so. i havent fully decided if im going to keep it but tell me if i should continue the story in this way or change it.

I awoke with a startled gasp; my whole body trembling and shivering as I became more awake. The once warm water was ice cold and I could see my lips turning blue. I unplugged the bathtub before standing up shaking. I pulled open the door and stepped out, quickly wrapping my towel around me.

I wrapped another towel around my hair before sitting down on the toilet. I placed my forehead on my knees as I began to warm up. I felt tired and sort of sick like I was going to throw up or something. 

After my body warmed up enough to move I stood up leaving the bathroom. I quickly changed into nice warm clothes and dried my hair combing it out.

I wondered down stairs at the demand of my growling stomach to find it empty. I checked the time, it was only 11 almost lunch time, mom should be here... I sniffed to see if I could get a scent of her or dad.

I found myself upstairs by their door. I knocked on the door twice, "Mom? Dad? You guys in there?" I knocked again when I didn’t hear any answer before opening the door.

I peered in through a crack before pushing the door more. I looked around the empty bedroom before walking to the bathroom. I scratched my head and wondered down stairs. Maybe they went out... I pulled on some shoes to check to see if the car was here.

The car was gone... maybe mom went food shopping? I wondered to the kitchen but frowned we still had lots of food... 

I shook my head becoming slightly worried. I jogged upstairs to change into loose shorts and a shirt. I went outside stripping naked before shifting to my wolf form. I grabbed my stuff with my mouth and ran towards the werewolf castle.

When I was close enough I shifted pulling my clothes on walking towards the gate.

"Who are you?! What business do you have here?!" a voice shouted from above.

I looked up at the gate guard confused, "It's me... grace... is my dad here?"

He gave me a look of annoyance, "Look brat, tricks aren’t going to work on me. Go on home or I will have some guards escort you away from the castle."

I stood there with my eyebrows pulled together in confusion. Why is he acting as if he doesn’t know who I am? I shook my head and turned around walking back to my house. My mind was all messed up.

I let out a soft sigh as I rubbed my head, I feel sick… I feel like there is something missing in my head…

My hand slid up to my necklace; I will just teleport home and figure this out. I closed my eyes imagining my home in the human world. If I can’t find my parents I will just wait there until they find me.

I opened my eyes to see the spiraling portal. I pressed my lips together as I stepped through the portal. I felt my stomach jerk at the action but it was controllable.

When my shoes touched the ground I immediately felt something was off. I looked around to see I was in front of my house, but something seemed different… was the house painted?

I walked inside, “Mom? Dad? Hello?” I called out closing the door behind me.

Before I could walk anymore I was cut off by a booming noise, “Who are you?! How dare you enter our home?!”
