My new life and family

Eric and I kept eye contact for a while until he chuckled and broke eye contact first. "So everyone is now clear of the situation we were in and everyone I expect accepts it?" Eric said looking at the others behind me, they all nodded. "Eric I told you I'd call you when I'm done so what gives?" I said. "They've found the corrupt and they are on there way back to Fangtasia now. You need to be there in case you recognize the person." Eric said. I nodded and turned to my friends. "I'll let y'all know what happened tomorrow night okay?" They all nodded Arlene gave me one last hug before I turned to Eric and we leaved.
At Fangtasia
"Shouldn't they be here by now?" I asked getting impatient. "They should be here any moment." And just like on cue they walked in with the corrupt and two others? They threw them on the chairs and stood back. Eric got off he's throne and marched over to them. They had black bags over their heads so I couldn't see who it was yet. "You are to tell us everything we want to know am I clear? Or there will be server... punishment." Eric said grabbing the bags yanking them off, and when he did I almost died again seeing who it was. "MOM?!" I shouted shocked. Eric was totally fuming with anger. "Yeah I was going to tell you over the phone but I know you Eric and you'd probably come to the hotel and ripped her to pieces then." Pam said looking at a still fuming Eric who hasn't stopped looking at my mom and the asshole sitting next to her. "Why? Why would you do something like that to your own fucking daughter?!" Eric said slamming his fists into the table. Pam walked over to me and stood besides me. "This is going to be fun to watch." Pam said with a evil smirk. I shook my head and looked back at Eric. "I wouldn't had to do it if fucking vampires kept out of her life! But I knew it was too late to save her while she was living you brain washed her so I had to do the next best thing and save her soul. But looks like the wound wasn't powerful enough. I have others that will kill her and they're just a phone call away." I can't believe I'm hearing this! From my own fucking mother?! I think I've heard enough. I shook my head and walked away to Eric's office slamming the door behind me. I could hear Eric shouting at them I started to cry my mom trying to kill me? If dad was alive none of this would have happened. I looked at my hands that were bloody. I cry blood? How cool! I thought laughing quietly. I heard someone knock on the door it opened revealing Pam. She walked inside and sat next to me on the sofa. "Okay listen I'm no good at all this sobby shit stuff but over the years I've came to care about people and I've seen them die. You'll come to realize that the only family you want and need is your vampire family your mom is a right bitch and if Eric let me I'd rip her to pieces but I think Eric wants that glory. I'll kill the other one. That's why I came in here to ask you if we can kill them." I looked at Pam blankly. "To be honest Pam I could give two fucks what happens to her now. You do whatever you want with her I don't give a shit no more." I said looking at Pam who was smiling. "I like your attitude kid we won't be long." Pam said and leaved I laid down on the sofa closing my eyes as I heard the screams start. I started crying again harder. Why I was crying over someone who never loved me is beyond me. I looked at the time 10 minutes till sunrise I closed my eyes and begun listening to the screaming again. I might as well just sleep in here I don't really feel like talking to anyone right now. What a night I've had. I soon fell asleep listening to the ripping of flesh.
Some time later
I tossed and turned around having a nightmare. I felt someone shake me I couldn't wake up though the darkness was creeping up on me scaring me. Finally I heard my name being called I jumped as I opened my eyes. It was dark but I could blankly tell I was in the coffin that means Eric was here with me. "Jesus Lara. Are you alright? Bad dream?" I looked at him shaking my head. "It was all dark I couldn't see nothing apart from dark it was awful." "It was only a dream nightmares don't come true." I signed and snuggled up to him. "How did earlier go?" I froze for a moment then I felt he's eyes on me. "I don't think it'd be healthy talking about it Lara lets just say it was rather bloody." I nodded and manage to lay on top of Eric. "Don't ever leave me. I don't think I'd ever survive without you with me by my side now." "I'll never leave you Lara, ever I stick with my vampire family forever. That's why Pam is always with me she's my right hand person. She'll kick ass for me. And you... your my love my lifeline and the person that makes me a better vampire each day. And we're your family Lara your new family." Eric said kissing me. "And I like my new family and all my friends. I also love my incredibly amazing boyfriend whose my world and took my heart the moment I saw him." I said giggling. "Lets go Merlottes tonight I'm sure your friends will be bugging you for information." Eric joked. "Okay let's rest though I'm kind of out of it at the moment." I said Eric laughed. "Okay Lara. Night." Eric said kissing my head until I fell asleep.
