Maya's POV.
I knocked on Riley's door. I don't know why I decided to go to her door today. Topanga opened it. I was smiling brightly as I was about to see Riley. "Hello." I waved walking in. "Hi Maya." Topanga replied, shutting the door behind me. "Peaches!" Riley exclaimed smiling brightly before hugging me. I hugged her back enjoying it very much. I was about to kiss her but then remembered her mom was standing right there. "You guys are really suspicious." Topanga said before walking to the table.
A few hours later.
I was about to go home until Topanga asked to talk to us. "Okay..." I said nervously. Topanga and Mr. Matthews sat on one side of the table while Riley and I sat on the other side. Then surprisingly my mom came in. "Is there anything going on between you two?" Topanga asked. "What do you mean?" Riley replied nervously. "Are you and Riley dating?" My mom questioned. I froze. "It's okay if you are you just need to say something." Mr. Matthews assured. I looked at Riley. She nodded. "Yes..." I said quietly. "That's great baby girl!" My mom exclaimed. I smiled. "So you're okay that I'm gay?" I asked. "Of course." My mom confirmed. I smiled brightly and hugged her. I started tearing up from joy and then sat back down. "What are you Riley?" Topanga asked her. "I don't know, all I know is that I'm in love with Maya and love being with her." She responded. Riley has never said she loved me like that before. "Riley..." Riley covered her mouth. "Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry I didn't even realize I said that I mean it's true I just..." Riley started rambling awkwardly. "It's okay." I cut her off. "I love you too." I then kissed her quickly but passionately. We then remembered our parents were in the room and we turned red with embarrassment. "Sorry-" My mom cut Riley off. "It's okay, it was cute to watch." I blushed as my mom said that. Right now I felt as of everything was perfect.
