"your always bored" ashton rolls his eyes.

"and you're always ugly, but i don't say shit, boo"

"you're asking for a punishment"

"i thought you'd get that by now" luke laughs.

"yea- wait"

"kidding! i never purposely try to get a punishment... pfft"

ashton rolls his eyes again, "well anyway, you won't be getting any action tonight"

luke frowns.

"what? come on, i know i do it on pur-"

"no, it's not that" ashton chuckles, "i have to work late" the older man says with an apologetic look worn on his face.

"oh come on, ash. you never have time for me anymore" luke pouts, somewhat kidding and somewhat not.

ashton sighs, caressing luke's cheek and kissing away his pout.

"i'm sorry, luke. but i gotta get this promotion so i can finally have some time off to spend with you... plus, you know we wanna move out of here... so we can start a family some day-- have you even thought of our future yet? because i have but it requires a lot of work, but once it's done, nothing will stand in the way of us" ashton suddenly lets out.

"of course i've thought of our future, ash... i just- i don't like planning for long term because there may not even be a tomorrow let alone a couple years. i prefer to live in the moment..." upon seeing the thoughtful look on ashton's face, the small boy adds, "but that doesn't mean i don't want us to settle down and a adopt a couple kids.. i do. i'm just not sure if a 'plan' should dictate when. if we want children, we should have them now"

"but we're not ready for children.."

"well if we're not now, whose to say we'll ever be? what if we change our mind.."

"i get that luke, but we're not prepared for kids! we're not even married yet.." ashton says, shaking his head.

the younger boy grows quite frustrated. "well, whose fault is that? plus it doesn't always have to work that way.."

"what way?"

"all traditional and shit. we're two guys in a somewhat fucked up bdsm relationship who want a couple kids, i don't see anything less traditional" he rolls his eyes, speaking with a raised voice.

this time ashton grows mad.

"i never said that, and quite frankly i don't care!.." ashton says in an angered tone.

"don't care about what?"

"about being traditional!"
