Chapter 17

steph pov:

"if it makes you uncomfortable I could always mind link them and ask them to leave" he asked once he saw how nervous I really was

all I did was shake my head side to side, why would they need to leave? It not fair for them. 

"what about if we eat in the garden today?  I want to show you something there anyways so it would be perfect!" he asked yet again.

 that didn't sound so bad.

 I missed the out side world (not to mention I would get a better visual on how to escape)

with that I whispered a quite 'yes' and  not a moment to spare he said 'i'll be back in a second' and walked through doors, my guess is to fetch us some breakfast.

as soon as he went in he came out. Seriously is he like the flash or something even though he is a werewolf that was still pretty fast .

"okay I'm ready lets go!" he said signaling to the basket full of food, then we were off to this so called garden

"here we are!" blake announce once we past the door to get into the garden

as soon as I saw the garden I was speechless.

the garden looked truly beautiful

all around us there was roses,tulips,hydrangea,dendrobium and many more all had different shapes sizes not to mention the color.

as I scanned through the million of flowers onecaught my eye

no it couldn't be could it?

as if Blake read my mind he took the words right out of my mouth

"yeah there Amaryllis" he  said 

that's all it for the memories to flood  back in my mind. My family my people those bloodsucking vampire. As tears threaten to spill Blake didn't seem to notice and began to speak again

"since you came here I notice the beautiful bracelet on your right arm, there amaryllis right? I just thought since you have a bracelet of that flower I thought  it must mean alot to-" but stop once he saw my face

"whats wrong sleeping beauty?" he said genially concerned 

"c c can we go now" I whispered trying to get my composer back together 

"sure" he quickly added 

with that he led me to a table far away from the amaryllis 

"i'm sorry sleeping beauty I don't know what I did to make you sad but i'm sorry" he apologized once again 

all I really wanted to do was chuckle. he didn't even know why I was at the verge of crying and yet he still apologizing. Instead of chuckling I gave him a weak smile glad that he didn't ask any  further questions 

"now time to eat!"

with that said we ate are food in silence 

as we ate in silence I couldn't help but look at the garden once more 

it was absolutely beautiful.

as I was admiring the flowers once more Blake caught my attention once again

"so as you know I wanted to show you this garden but I also had a question to ask you..." he said, and quite nervous why?

" come on Blake just spill it out already" he said more to himself then me making me look up in confusion

"okay here goes nothing...."

"willyougoonadatewithme?'

wait what?!

"what?"

"great you didn't understand me. Okay here goes nothing. Will you go on a date with me my sleeping beauty of course when your all healed that is."

wait what!

"say yes! " bell yelled in my head 

"what? no!" 

"steph if you don't say yes this instant I'll take control of your body and say yes for you!"

"no bell please what about escaping? "

"you want to escape not me now hurry up and say yes!"

 you can't please bell! How many time do I have to I tell you we can't! I can't let those bloodsuckers hurt another person I love (or in this case potentially love.)please bell I don't want to feel that pain again." I pleaded with her

"steph I know your scared but please give are mate a chance! The moon goddess wouldn't pair us together if she knew he couldn't handle what would come are way please I know deep in your heart you want this give your heart a chance." 

wow 

I didn't know bell was capable of saying those kinds of things

"shut up fea." (translation: ugly)

maybe she is right.

 the moon goddess wouldn't pair us together for no reason right?

I know it's a lot of burden to put on his shoulders (and I feel bad because he doesn't even know the half of it)

but Blake wants a chance with me to be in his life and who i'm I to say no. maybe bells right I should give my heart a chance.

as I was about to respond he beat me to it.

"i mean I understand if you don't want to. Man why did I ask?!  Its to early right? Yeah to early. Just forget I ever as-"

"yes." I said surprised I didn't whisper

"wait what?" he asked again in complete utter shock

"yes I will go on a date with you" and for the first time I felt confident in my answer (not to mention i didn't shutter)

with that Blake ran up to me a gave a big hug almost knocking me down in the process 

"i promise you won't regret this this sleeping beauty promise!" he said with a smile making a small smile form on my face as well

"beautiful" Blake said 

"huh?" I asked not understanding 

"never mind let's head back to the pack house we should watch a movie together how does that sound?"

"that's fine" I answered back

with that we walked hand in hand back to the pack house.
