Blake's pov:

"what do you mean you haven't caught that thing?!" I  yelled while slamming my fist on the desk

it's been a couple of days since Jason and some of our guard got a sniff of something unordinary something that shouldn't be in our pack but since then I told Jason to capture that vile creature every time he reports to me he comes empty handed 

" you do realize every time you come empty handed there's a threat outside possible trying to hurt are pack"

"i know. I know believe me I know but it's like it can sense us no matter how fast we run or how sneaky we are it always seems to know we're there and it always ends up disappearing " Jason said with a loud sigh

as I got a good look at him I saw he wasn't in a good shape he looked a little pale and had dark under eyes meaning he hasn't had a good night rest

"look dude you're tired, stressed out why don't you get some rest I'll figure something out okay?"

"but-"

"no buts you and me know that if daisy found out I was letting you work like this she would have my head and a never ending yelling from her now go!" I said 

all he did was sigh, he knew I was right so with that he silently walked out the door

as the left the room I couldn't help but look at the time '9:40' wow that late already?

well I mean I did make a dent on the paper work maybe it would be a good time to pick up Steph from daisy 

" hey just sent Jason home tell Steph I'll be picking her up in 5 minutes" I linked daisy

"wait what do you mean?she not here with me?"daisy said utterly confused 

"what do you mean I let a note to Steph giving her instruction to spend the day with you. Stop fooling around just tell Steph okay?" I said not wanting to play her game

" Blake i'm not playing she's not here and never has been"

as soon as she said this it was like ice cold water was thrown at me. That's when I started to panic

" where could she be I tol-"

"calm down she's probably in your room if knew any better she didn't didn't come to not because she didn't want to but because she probably that I was busy or something " she chuckled 

"just got to your room and I just knocked just to keep you calm I hear movement on the other side" she committed 

after a couple of minutes of silence I started to get worried 

"daisy?"

"daisy?"

"daisy?"

"damn couldn't you wait a couple of minutes! She was there I asked if she wanted to watch a movie but said she was going to bed"

"oh okay" I said with a sigh of relief 

"i'll be there in a minute "

with that I packed my thing and walked  out of the room

 as I got to front the door to the house (or should I even call it that it looks more like a maison) I didn't waste time to open and began walking up the stairs

as soon as I got to my room I quietly used the bathroom brush my teeth and took off my clothes to get ready for bed 

 as I start heading toward the bed I couldn't help but smile 

being separated from my mate the whole day felt like torture and don't let me get started on my wolf he was whimpering the whole day wanting to be with her 

but enough about that I'll finally have her in my arms again

or so I thought 

as I got closer to the bed I realized that the bed was being occupied by two people 

and I couldn't help but let out a low growl

who dared sleep together with my mate! 

I couldn't help as soon as I saw this I ripped the blanket and what I saw on the other side shocked me 

there in bed with my mate was Alexander. The little boy that I saved. The same boy that was shy doesn't talk to no one that has trust issues.but that's not what shocked me the most it was the position they were in if that wasn't enough alexander was hugging my mate tightly as if he never  wanted to let go, that goes for my mate to. 

It just left me completely shock to see the alexander with my mate

I couldn't help but admire my mate even more

"i guess she has a lot of explaining to do" I thought to myself with a chuckle 

 "sorry buddy will have to sleep in the couch tonight" I told my wolf and all he did was whimper wanting to hold his mate 

" you have some serious explaining to do little mate"

with that last thought I fell into deep sleep
