- Dede's Point Of View -

"Kitty, let the can go!" I yelled, trying to get my friend un-stuck with the vending machine as she screamed, freaking out.

"I AM NOT LETTING GO! IT NEEDS TO LET ME GO!"

"Let the chocolate and the can go! I'll buy it for you - just let it go!" I yelled, trying to pry her off of the machine. Kitty had her arm stuck through the bottom and somehow all the way up to the fourth row and was holding onto the chocolates for dear life.

"No Dede - please! I need them and I have them, I have them in my grasp I just can't-"

"Is that David Tennant?!" we flew backwards, her small frame on top of me as she jumps up onto her feet and looks around.

"DAVID?! MY LOVE?! WHERE ARE YOU?!" she runs away from me and I groan, pulling myself to my feet as Caitlin continues to scream for David Tennant in my work place and I smack my forehead at her being a loon - once again.

"Oh a happy birthday to me" I mused as I picked my folders up that I had dropped when I found my best friend attached to a vending machine outside of my bosses office.

Hurrying down the hall I find Caitlin sitting on my bosses desk, nibbling on some chocolate as she talks to him a million miles an hour.

"Oh Mister Laurence - I am so, so sorry! I didn't know she was-"

"It's okay Diana, Caitlin and I were just having a nice conversation, wasn't that right Caitlin?"

"Ah-ha" she nods, licking her fingers to get the melted chocolate off.

I placed the  folders down on his desk as I turned to my friend - sure she's only eighteen - but she acts like a two year old most of the time - well, all of the time.

"Now Diana, a little kitten told me that your birthday is coming up"

"Yeah... I'm turning twenty"

Mr. Lawrence smiles, "Well, since your the only one to handle my work and personal dealings, I decided to get you an early birthday present" Mr. Lawrence got up out of his chair and walked over to his filing cabient and pulled an envelope out before he held it out for me.

"Apparently this is the best thing money can buy these days" I gave him a look before I turned the envelope over and opened the back before I pulled the paper out.

"No sir-"

"Go, you'll be having a day off too. So dress up nice and enjoy the concert"

"What is it?" Kitty takes the ticket out of my hand and gave me a blank look, "Are you goign to be okay?" she mumbles, putting her chocolate down as she gives me a concerned look.

"I'll have to be - thank you Mister Lawrence, this is the best present I've ever gotten" I lied through my teeth, giving my beaming boss a equally big smile.

"No problem Diana, you also have the rest of the day off" I drag Kitty out before I exploded.

"How the hell can I go to a One Direction concert?!" I hissed at her as she still examines the ticket.

"He's still family Dede, it doesn't matter what he did to you - it was in the past. You should go and enjoy yourself, make him know you don't care about him or what he did anymore" Kitty looks up at me, "And even try talkign to him, trust me Dede, you'll regret it if anything happens to him"

"I won't regret anything" I spat at her and she flinches before I realized what she meant, "Kitty I-"

"It's fine, just go and watch the girls scream and faint... but for the love of god, take a picture of the crazy fangirls for me. I need something to laugh at - and I am pretty sure I can blow a picture up to hang on my bedroom wall"

I smiled at her as she held the ticket out for me, biting her lip, "Please go - for me" she slowly blinks and flutters her eyes and I groaned - damn her innocent expressions.

"Fine, but you have to come with me-"

"Sorry, there was only one ticket in there. Oh, and I also have a gig that night - sorry darling"

I smirked - Kitty's gigs is something to see. You can't miss it, because it just leaves you in awe. Basically, by day and night she's either a shy girl, the crazy girl or the innocent one - but when she's performing with her band... she... I can't even explain it. She's a whole different person, let's just leave it at that.

"Any who, good luck with the concert, your cousin and the screaming fan girls" she gives me a cheeky grin before she skips out of the building.

Frowning I turned to find the envelope on the picture frame - how the hell did she...?

Shaking my head I grabbed my envelope and grabbed my coat and scarf, guess I'm going to be going to a One Direction concert... hopefully I don't see my cousin - or this might get a little bit hectic.
