Chapter Four: Forgive Me

- Dede's Point Of View - 

"Kitty, for the love of god I'm not-"

"You need to relax Dede! You need to stop with all these rules and learn to go with the flow, ya know?"  

I rolled my eyes at her voice through the phone as I continued to scrub a plate in my sink as she continued to tell me to 'Let loose' and to 'Forgive but don't forget' - she's talking about the fact I should invite my cousin around to my apartment to either scream at him until I feel better about myself or to beat the crap out of him to feel better.

"I'm not going to beat the ass up, even though I can do that as easily as a kindergarten can throw a hissy fit"

"You're no fun - wait, do you want to lure him to your apartment and i'll bring my baseball bat and-"

"Kitty, you are not getting another restraining order again-"

"The last guy was trying to touch me inappropriately, thinking i'm some band slag who's ready for a quicker in the alley - I will pridely say I have a restraining order for the fact I beat the living shit out of him and send him to jail. His lawyer was just lucky that I didn't fight with him with the restraining order"

"You're fucking nuts kiddo" I laughed, putting the dishes into the drying rack before I pulled the plug out and dried my hands.

"Of course I am! Have I ever told you other wise?"

"Not what I know of" I walked out of my kitchen and towards my bedroom, until I heard a knock on my door, "Hang on Kitty"

"Kay Babe"

I opened the door and froze as I stared at my cousin who was holding two bags, "I got mud cake!" he held up one bag in front of my face with a big smile on his face, "And I have sappy love movies!" he waves the over bag in m face and I raised an eye brow at him before I put my mobile back to my ear.

"I'll have to call you back"

"Kay - wait, is that your cousin?"

"Yes"

"Good luck" I hear her laugh before she hung up on me and I put my mobile into my pocket before I leaned on my door frame while I stared at Harry.

"Was that Kitty?"

"It's Caitlin to you-"

"Anyway, want to pig out and watch some love movies with me?"

"Isn't that a bit weird since we're cousins?"

"Err... someone suggested for me to-"

"Kitty told you to do this, didn't she?" I growled and he nods slowly before I step back and go to slam the door on his face.

"WAIT!" he stuck his foot out, making sure the door stayed open, "Please, let me in! I want to make it up to you - but you won't let me... please Dede... I just want my favorite cousin back" 

I peeked out from behind the door before I slowly opened it, "You have one shot buddy, don't let that get to your head" I opened the door, wide enough for him to come into my apartment. He hurries through the door and to my living room and I breathed out slowly - trying to comfort myself that I can and will get through this.

Shutting and locking my apartment door and walked over to my couch to see Harry laying out a box of mud cake, crisps, muffins and chocolate - guess he's a secret girl or something.

"What do you want to watch first? Titanic or-"

"Titanic. Defiantly, Titanic" he nods and goes to put it in my DVD player before I stole a block of chocolate and opened it up before popping a square in my mouth.
