Chapter Sixteen: The Marking.

Dede's POV

"Dede, come on, can you stop ignoring me?"

"No."

"Why not?"

"Because you're an asshole." I spat at Liam and tried to shove him out of Louis' guest room that has been mine for the past couple days.

"I had to do it Dede," Liam pushed his way back inside and pushed the door behind him so it would close, "I-"

"I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU WOULD DO THAT TO THEM!" I screamed, pushing him back as I felt anger explode inside of me. Is this how he treats this stupid 'mate' thing?! If so - I don't want anything to do with fucking Liam Payne.

"It was the only thing I could do! My pack comes first!"

"Well it doesn't fucking matter, because obviously this mate thing doesn't mean anything to you if you do something like that to Harry!"  I glared at him, appalled for his shitty ass reason.

"It does mean something to me!" he yells, a bit stunned by my words.

"Then fucking undo what you did! He hasn't eaten in three days and he's fucking sitting in the dark not moving at all!" I cried out, worrying about Harry, who hasn't actually moved from his spot from where I left him.

"I can't!" he looks extremely distressed.

"THEN WE'RE NOT HAPPENING! EVER!" I screamed into Liam's face, who instantly fell and stares at me in horror.

"No, Dede - please!" he begs.

"Then fucking let them be!" I growled.

"I can't!"

"Then I fucking hate that I love you right now, because right now, I can't even stand the sight of you." I waved him off as I turned my back to him and waited for him to leave me alone.

"I... you love me?"

"For fuck sake Liam, that's all you get from that?!" I turned back around and glared at him, ready to punch Liam in his fucking attractive face.

"You love me."  he looks at me with a stupid little smile on his face that just made me even more angry than before.

"You-"

"That's acceptance." wait, what? I stumbled back a bit, my eyes wide in shock.

"W-what?" I stutter, oh god... I just...

"Love is accepting someone." Liam's face changed and slowly started to walk towards me.

"L-Liam-" He grabs my waist and smashed his lips to mine, instantly warm fuzziness tingled through my blood stream and my hands tugged at his hair.

Suddenly he pulls back and whispers at me, "I love you."

"I do too, but you need to-" I was cut off by Liam biting into my neck, causing me to gasp. Excitement and other feelings flushed over me as I gripped the back of Liam's shirt, accidentally knocking over a picture frame.

Through all of the feelings Liam's bite gave me (I'm sure that can be classified as cannibalism), I let a moan escape from my lips by accident.

"Holy shit."

My eyes snapped open, and only then I realized I had closed my eyes as well as Kitty was standing there, open mouthed as she stared at Liam and I in shock.

Louis suddenly pops up behind her and covers her eyes, "You two really need to quite down the shouting and shut the door properly, because there is an innocent child here."
