Author's Note

Hello, my dear readers! I've started a Gravity Falls fanfic! I've been trying to do this for a while, and I'm currently working on something that may be my own take on a Season Three, but I felt compelled to write this one as well.

I began to realize that I had way too many ideas for a backstories to be written in flashback sequences, so instead, I've decided to transform my ideas into a full length story of its own, though if I am indeed writing a Season Three, you can be sure it will tie in to this narrative!

The majority of these ideas are purely my of my own creation, and while a few are taken from the fandom, many are based off of facts or very solid theories. I've pulled my info from many sources, including the Gravity Falls show itself, the Bill Cipher AMA, and my favorite group of theorists, the Royal Order of the Holy Mackerel.

Needless to say, mainstream Gravity Falls characters belong to the brilliant Alex Hirsch and his team at Disney. Any characters from fandom alternate universes, such as a certain blue counterpart to everyone's favorite triangle (Oh yes, he's in here!), belong to the genius fans who created them. Anyone else, along with any story not directly pulled from the show, is mine. This is an unauthorized fanfiction, I am (sadly) not affiliated with Disney in any way.
