Nice people don't necessarily fall in love with nice people.

Sounds like your typical cliché, bad boy and girl fall in love and stuff, but there's a twist.

It'll keep being Katie's P.O.V till I say so
Edward and I start walking to his house. First, we walk out of my drive way and turn right. Then, we just keep walking straight forward for a few minutes. After about 10 minutes, we stop at a white house. It was beautiful. It was large and the front door was black with glass rectangles. When I enter the house, I was amazed at the decor. There was a large living room with a flat screen tv, a large "L" couch and a love seat. When I looked to my right, I saw a roomy kitchen with granite countertops, black cabinets, and a grey refrigerator.
"Wow." I managed to breathe out.
"You like it?" He asks with his hands in his pockets while looking at me.
"I love it." I tell him.
I see him smile in the corner of my eye. As I kept admiring his home, I was suddenly snapped out of my thoughts by Edward's voice.
"C'mon, I didn't invite you to my house to just admire it." He tells me with a chuckle.
"Fine. What should we do then?" I ask him.
"Well I'm guessing you have a swimsuit underneath those clothes so let's go for a swim." He tells me while eyeing me up and down.
"How do you know I have a swimsuit on?" I ask him curiously.
"Because I told you to wear one and because you seem like a good girl who usually follows directions." He tells me.
I roll my eyes. We start walking to the back of his house and he opens a door which leads to his backyard. I stare in awe at his backyard. Like his living room and kitchen, it was beautiful. On the right side by the white fence, there was a wide rectangular pool filled with crystal blue water. It also had some sort of "waterfall" on the sides.
"Wow." I tell Edward while eying his pool.
"Yeah, it was a nice addition to the house." He tells me.
"Yeah it is." I agree.
"Don't you have a pool? I mean I haven't mentioned it but your house looks a lot bigger than mine." He mentions.
"I do have a pool, but your house is way more beautiful than mine." I tell him honestly.
"Suure it is." He sarcastically says.
"Shut up." I say while slapping his arm jokingly.
He fakes an ow and I just laugh at him.
"Since we came here to hangout and you have a swimsuit underneath..." he paused.
"Yeah..." I motion for him to continue.
"Strip and lets go swim." He says with a combination of a grin and smirk.
