Faith and Alix had been friends since sixth grade. Since they both joined color guard their sophomore year they had become even closer than before. They called one another their "wing woman" of course this mostly consisted of Faith being Alix's wing woman. Alix seemed to always have a guy after her. Faith knew why: Alix was irresistible. She had long luscious curls, a great bod. She was every guys dream girl. Not to mention the aura of confidence that she aired and her rebellious good girl attitude. Guys ate it up.

Faith and Alix knew each other so well that a simple look from across the room could communicate volumes. They walked the halls of Perry High School together and liked to think of themselves as the top bitches in the school. Of course they both knew that wasn't really the case but they really didn't care if other people though it was true. They did and thats all that mattered. Faith and Alix had opposite personalities. Faith was shy most of the time and Alix was vivacious and free-spirited. When Faith joined band she was a shy introvert. Band brought he out of her shell. Most people were surprised to find that Faith had a wicked sense of humor and could be quite the tease. Alix and Faith were pretty popular with most of the band. Alix was especially friendly with the trumpets. She went to a trumpet party her first year of flag and came back with some hilarious stories and a boyfriend. She dated Nathan Fabre for a few months during the marching season. It was kind of a big deal because Nathan was a big shot trumpet player. He had a solo as a sophomore. Solos are a big deal in marching band. Alix and Nathan ended with a mutual break up after marching band ended sophomore year. It was no big deal. They just didn't see each other as much after marching band so the flame sort of just died out.

After Sam and Faith broke up most recently Faith began to sense a weird vibe from Alix. It was like she had began to distance herself from Faith. She especially acted weird whenever Faith mentioned Sam. Faith wasn't sure why this was happening and she hoped it wasn't her fault. She decided she would just stop talking about Sam when Alix was around. She hoped that that would solve the problem. It became increasingly awkward as Faith and Sam began hanging out again after they decided to be friends. Whenever Faith was with Sam and Alix at the same time Sam would do his nervous humor thing that he always did when he felt awkward, and Alix would try to find a reason to leave the two of them alone. It was starting to annoy Faith that her two best friends were acting so awkward around each other. The three of them used to hangout together and have a good time until Sam and Faith broke up the first time. After that Alix started to like Sam less and less. She wanted Faith to break up with him because Alix felt that Sam was just using her but Faith did what she wanted, and that was to be with Sam. Though Alix didn't like Faith being with Sam the three of them could all hangout and have fun together until the most recent break up.

One day Faith walked down to the band hallway at the end of the day for practice like she did every Tuesday through Thursday. She went to the hallway where Sam usually meets her but today he wasn't waiting for her. She figured he was probably caught up in the band room so she went in looking for him. He wasn't in there either so she looked in the concert band room. She walked in and spotted Sam and Alix huddled in the corner talking quietly. Sam looked frustrated almost angry, and Alix looked upset.

"What the hell is going on guys?" Faith demanded as she walked towards them. She was a little peeved that Sam and Alix could never get along and now they were fighting about God knows what. The two of them saw Faith their faces went white like they had seen a ghost.

"Faith, we have something we need to tell you." Alix started.

"No we do not!" Sam butted in.

"What the hell is going on here?" Sam sighed and Alix looked like she was on the verge of tears.

"Faith I did something so bad. I totally regret what I did and if you never speak to me again I would totally understand." Alix blurted.

"What the hell. You two are freaking me out. Just tell me what the fuck happened."
