Chapter 15

(Y/N)'s POV:

"Yoon Gi! Where are we going!" I asked impatiently.

"You'll see!" He smirked.

Yoon Gi was driving me somewhere, but this jerk wouldn't tell me where.

I looked out of the window the entire time. The scenery began to change from a crowded city to meadows and houses with beautiful yards. I was mesmerized. I hadn't left the city since I arrived and Grandpa passed away. I began to get sleepy after about what felt like an hour of driving.

Yoon Gi's POV:

(Y/N) continued to look out the window almost the entire time. I don't think she's left the city since she got here.

I noticed she fell asleep. Her face looks so much more beautiful than before. She seemed so calm and relaxed.

I decided to stop for a little while because I couldn't drive with her like this. I would probably cause an accident if I continued to stare at her.

I wanted to wake her up but I couldn't bring myself to do it.

"I think I like you," I murmured, "I'm also going to let my crush develop, and I'm going to get the person I like, but you may have to lose him and start looking me."

I sound like a weirdo.

I started the car and drove off.

(Y/N)'s POV:

"(Y/N)! Wake up!"

"I don't want to," I said.

"Aish! This girl!"

"Huh?"

"What do you mean 'Huh?'" He asked irritated.

"Oh, hi, Yoon Gi," I yawned.

"Really? I've been trying to wake you up since forever!"

"Are we there yet?"

"Yes, we're here?" He smiled happily.

I got out of the car.

"Oh my God! We're in my hometown!" I yelled excitedly.

"Yes, we are," Yoon Gi said laughing at my reaction.

"Thank you so much!" I hugged him tightly.

Yoon Gi returned the hug. I released my tight grip, but he didn't. This hug feels so comfortable.

I close my eyes and rested my head on his chest.

"(Y/N)!? Is that you?!" A familiar voice yells out.

Yoon Gi and I immediately let go of each other.

"Jackson!" I yell and run towards him.

Jackson stops and opens his arms. I hug him.

"Hi, kid. Long time no see," he smiled.

"Long time? That was forever! You never answered my calls!"

Jackson laughs. "My youngest brother broke my phone. And let's face it, we never memorized each other's numbers."

Yoon Gi cleared his throat.

"Oh! Jackson! This is Yoon Gi! He brought me here!" I said with a lot of excitement.

"Hey," Jackson smiled and greeted him.

Yoon Gi was not happy. He was glaring at Jackson. What's his problem?

Jackson ignored him. "Let's go to the our café!" He offered me his arm.
