Preference 4: When You're on Your Period

Requested by Alma_Duheric22 (If that is not your profile, then I apologize for messing it up, but here is your preference request, and I hope you like it! :) :D ). Hope you like it! And this will have Viktor and Blaise, and they'll be in the later ones, but not the first ones. I may do a separate catch-up for Viktor and Blaise regarding the beginning preferences. Anyway, enjoy!

Harry- When you're on your period, Harry goes to Hermione and asks her advice on all the things that have to get done, from the chocolate to the mood swings to the buying of feminine hygiene products. The one thing that scares him more than anything, even more than Voldemort, is your mood swings. He didn't know how to handle you going from happy go lucky to full-on pissed off in a matter of seconds. Honestly, you scared him with your mood swings. But he loved you anyway, so he put up with them like a trooper who'd gone through a war, which, with how you acted when you're on your period, was how he sometimes felt.

Ron- When you're on your period, he goes to Ginny and asks her what to do. He wants you to not be in pain, so he's willing to do whatever it takes to make you comfortable and happy. But when you have your mood swings, he runs for the hills, much like Harry. He figures out how to deal with them after a short bit, which involves a lot of chocolate frogs and your favorite Muggle movies and a HUGE amount of cuddles to get your mind off of the cramping. It was in those moments when you really knew that you'd love him till the day you took your last breath.

Draco- When you're on your period, Draco treats you like the queen he knows you are. Even when you guys are in classes together, he always makes sure to sit as close to you as possible, which, since you're in the same classes, isn't all that difficult. At homework time, he'll sit with you in the library for hours, which he NEVER does without a reason, doing homework with you until you were completely and totally finished with it to the best of your abilities. Even if he was dead tired in the morning after doing whatever he was doing with you to relieve yourself of your cramps and strange moods, he knew it was worth it in the end cause he got to spend time with his queen, and he wouldn't have it any other way.

Cedric- When you're on your period, Cedric does whatever he can to make you happy. Whether it be reading to you from one of your favorite novels or some random Shakespeare play or taking you out to Hogsmeade after hours, he'll do it without a second thought for his safety or his reputation. You'd always try to tell him that if you spent the day with him, that was all that could make you feel better, but he'd think of something to do that usually involved magic and fooling around with people, which since he didn't break the rules EVER, you kinda felt bad and also happy that he was willing to break the rules and risk detention all in the name of keeping you happy and free of pain.

Fred- When you're on your period, Fred tries to pull as many safe pranks on you as he possibly can. Having Ginny as a younger sister and seeing what she's like when she's going through PMS, Fred knows what to do when a woman's going through that time of the month. And one such prank is him pretending to be on a period, courtesy of a random spell that he looked up in an odd spellbook that he found in Hogwarts. When he starts having REALLY bad cramps at dinnertime one Friday night, he yelled, "God, woman! How do you go through all this?!" You laughed and said, "Now you know my pain, Fred. Now you know my pain." He hugged you close, kissed your forehead, and said, "And I appreciate what all women go through a little more now. This is really painful." And after that little prank, let's just say that he NEVER pretended to have a period when you had your period, and he just pulled normal pranks on you, which you wouldn't have had any other way.

George- When you're on your period, George pretty much acts like his twin up to a point. He knows that you can be volatile when you're on your period, and George tries to keep you away from pointy objects when you get angry since you have a tendency to throw stuff and get really mad really easily when it's that time of the month. So, when you start to get a little crabby and wanting to find sharp objects to stab people with, he runs around and hides all the sharp objects from you so you don't get grabby hands for pointy objects, such as knives or sharpened pencils. Once those implements of destruction are hidden far away from you, George emerges from behind either a door or a bookcase and asks you, "Darling? Are you alright, or do you need chocolate?" You wouldn't usually answer. Rather, you would hold your arms open and tears would start falling down your face in rivers; whether they were from the fear of hurting him or that he ran from you, you never knew. When you were safely in his arms and holding the chocolate that he conjured up from wherever he was hiding, you'd wipe your tears away and said, "Never leave me again." To that, he'd kiss the top of your head and whisper, "I wouldn't dream of it, my love."

Bill- When you're on your period, Bill makes sure not to piss you off. And if he does, he takes your wand away so you can't hex him to oblivion. It's not that he doesn't trust you to not hex him, he values his life and yours and doesn't want to see you in Azkaban. He also makes sure that you have things to do to keep your mind off of the cramps, like books or writing or watching some Muggle reality television. He also buys you flowers and massages your shoulders while you watch so the stress slowly leaves your body. While he does this, you'd look at him over your shoulder and say, "Thank you for doing this, my love. I don't know what I'd do without you." He hugs you to his back, kisses your shoulder, and said in your ear, "You're very welcome, my darling. As long as you're happy, I'm happy."

Viktor- When you're on your period, Viktor hides. Plain and simple; Viktor hides from you and your devil-like mood swings. He didn't have any sisters, so PMS was not a thing he dealt with at home at all, excluding his mother. You always made sure that Viktor was warned before you were fully immersed in the world of PMS and stupidly bad cramps. When you would find him, he'd be outside stretching and getting ready for a run. You shut the door and ask, "Where are you going, honey?" He'd turn to you, blush slightly at your scantily clad clothing choice of bathrobe, and answer, "I'm going for a run, my love. I won't be gone for too long." You'd sigh and grip your stomach when another particularly bad cramp raked through your body. When he sees your face, he stops stretching and comes up the steps to stand beside you. In this moment of pain, as it normally happened, Viktor would forgo his daily runs and stay inside with you until the cramp subsided, which took probably longer than he or you thought it would take. Let's just say that after sitting with you for about an hour, Viktor would always abandon his runs in favor of holding you close to him on your couch.

Blaise- When you're on your period, Blaise would first ask Pansy what to do to make sure that you are as comfortable as you could be with cramps and mood swings wreaking havoc on yours and Blaise's relationship. He also makes sure that you have the necessary things to alleviate some of the symptoms, such as chocolate and all the cuddles. Yes, that's right, Blaise Zabini (A/N: Probably spelled that wrong) cuddles you when you are having a really bad day full of cramps and mood swing central. Whether it be by the Black Lake or in the Slytherin common room, if you were having a bad day full of cramps, Blaise would hug you close to him and make sure that you didn't think at all about your cramps or the fact that you were stupidly hungry for some chocolate. It was in these moments that you would take the time to tell Blaise, "I don't know how lucky I am to have you in my life, Blaise. I just don't." "Well think nothing of it, love," he'd respond, "I wouldn't dream of being anywhere else other than right here, with you." And from there, he'd turn your face, kiss your lips sweetly, and resume the cuddle session. This was your life every time Mother Nature came knocking, which you did not mind since you got more time with Blaise.
