The Canarrowverse : Chapter 14

The two approached the back door expecting resistance but found none, the two then prepared themselves for some guards to jump out at them as they stealthily sneaked down the corridor. But they only found Vanch alone, as if he was waiting for this. He slowly turned his head, stopping halfway as he already knew who it was. "If you wanna kill me, kill me." He said as if he didn't care whether he lived or died. "Canary, let's go... There's no criminal here. Only a destroyed soul." The Arrow said as he signalled her to follow him out. 'Whatever happened after he went to prison had changed him' Oliver thought as the two then walked out returning to their bike to return to patrolling.

Suddenly, they came across a fight and as it came to an end, they went in but they were too late as the damage was already done. When they went to check the body, they realized that only someone with super strength would have been able, to throw him across 14 metres with one hand. Sara's mind then flashed back to Slade and found rage spreading across her body. "We have to wait till we get back to the foundry so we shoot him with the cure." Oliver said as he walked back but Sara had a different opinion. "If we wait, he could kill someone else, we don't have time." Sara argued. "Alright, you find him you tell me, if he starts a fight draw his attention to you while I get the cure." Oliver said as they came to a compromise.

"Oli I found him." Sara said as she spotted him from across the street. "I'm coming." Oliver replied as he made a sharp turn around a corner. But he already started a fight so Sara went ahead of Oliver's plans and aimed to kill him as she let her anger and rage take her over. Oliver made the final turn to see Sara, a pistol aimed at his head itching for the trigger. He did the only thing that seemed possible to stop her, he obstructed Sara from shooting their enemy while he notched the cure arrow and fired, sending him into unconsciousness.
