Now, let me explain why The Fear has so much of this blood on him, okay? I don't want you guys thinking I added all of that just because I can. One, he's a demon. Two, he was summoned by a large cult and probably killed/ate them all, so yeah. Three, he destroyed a huge part of Gravity Falls, the poor town has been through so much. Four, he's a demon. Five, he's an evil demon from the Nightmare Realm bent on destroying everything.
He can also appear however he wants to, sometimes as your worst fears, but for some reason I always kinda draw him like this.
