Irresistible - Austin Mahone Fanfic

Chapter 6

Sunday went by exremely fast. Well all I did was sit watching TV in my pyjamas all day.

Soon it was 10pm so I decided it was about time I should  go to bed.

'Beep, beep beeeep' was the next thing I heard. It was 7:15am. I swiped across my phone getting rid of that horrible alarm sound, only to see a text from Freya.

Sophie I have a horrible headache. I'm going to stay at home today, sorry xx

Arghhhh, that means I have to walk to school by myself, just great.

That's fine, hope you feel better soon, I'll pop round after school if you want?xx

I replied.

Yeah sure :) xx

Was the message I got back.

Surprisingly I got to school on time. 

First lesson was English. That was fine. I actually quite like English.

Next was Maths.

When I arrived at my maths class I looked for a place to sit. Every seat was full except one.

''Hey, Sophie isn't it?'' The teacher, Mr Wood said.

''Yeah it is!''

''Hmm where is there a spare seat?'' Mr Wood said while looking around the classroom. ''Over there, next to Mr. Mahone.'' 

Oh no.

''Yeah over there next to Mahone, Austin behave please!'' He spoke a little louder than before.

I walked over to the back of the classroom and pulled out the chair next to Austin. Making sure I avoided eye contact with him at all times.

A few minutes of silence went by before Austin spoke.

''I told you I would see you in school.'' He said quitely.

''Only because I have no choice right now.'' I spoke without looking at him still.

''You would have picked the seat next to me anyway.''

''Well obviously Austin, there's no other place to sit.'' I replied sternely.

''Ooo fiesty, Sophie.'' he said I could sense there was a smirk across his face. ''Why are you sitting so far away from my anyway?''

''I don't know.'' I said.

He hooked his foot around my chair and pulled it a few inches closer to him.

''Austin! what are you doing?'' I spoke louder than intended.

''Austin, Sophie quiet down at the back there!'' Mr Woods told us.

I turned to look at him and his tounge wiped quickly across his lips before he smirked at me. 

This time I returned it with a smile.

''Anyway class, you will all have an online maths paper to complete by the end of the week.'' Mr Wood said.

''Urgh.'' Austin said under his breath.

''But you will be doing it in partners, to save me picking just do it with the person next to you.'' Mr Wood spoke. ''Yes, that does mean arranging a day to meet after school.'' he added.

Austin tapped his hand on the table to catch my attention.

''See, I told you we would be seeing more of each other.'' 

''Shut up, Austin.'' I said harshly.

''Oh I forgot to mention how hot you look today.'' Austin said with a grin.

I could already feel my cheeks turning a light shade of pink. Austin just called you hot again.

''Thanks, not looking to bad yourself.'' I replied.

''Oh, I know.''

Still as cocky as ever.

 After another half an hour sitting next to Austin only making small talk the bell went.

''Sophie.'' Austin called as I was about to walk off.

''Yes.''

''I will arrange a day for us to do this maths paper.'' He said.

''Okay.'' Wow, why is he being nice? Well at least I think this is him being nice.
