Jason:
Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and finally Sunday. The whole week flew by so quickly, I got to spend a whole lot of time with Daisy, though. So that was okay. All four of us have been spending a whole lot of time together, actually.
Everyday, we ate lunch together and every afternoon we hung out together. It was fun, I guess. We had our own little clique and we all fit in with each other in a way. Brandy left her group of friends to hang out with us. She was pretty cool, I guess. She was really funny and always had something to say.
Dean didn't really have anyone that he hung out with. Just a couple of kids from his Chemistry class that he talked to every now and again so it wasn't really a big deal when he started hanging out with us after the bell rather then them.
Daisy, though. That was the biggest change. It amazed me that she could go from not having no friends to having people that she could rely on in a matter of a month and a half. It wasn't that hard to believe, though. Daisy was an amazing person and she was so fun to be around. It made me kinda sad that this project was going to be over within the next week.
Right now, we were heading towards South Beach Miami. We have been driving for a good three hours and a half and nothing really interesting happened. Just like last time, Blossom slept most of the time, but she was awake right now. She had her phone out and she was scrolling down her newsfeed on something, I wasn't really sure which social media networking site she was on.
"Hey, Jase." She spoke up, scooting a bit closer to me. I turned around so I could face her a bit better. "Yeah?" I answered, waiting for her to go on with whatever she had to tell me.
"What does it mean when someone says you're an 'undercover hoe?'" I instantly raised my eyebrows, surprised that she had asked me that. When did this even come up? What the heck.
"Did someone call you that?" I asked, staring at her intently. Brandy's attention was now on us. She was sitting in the front of Dean and for most of the ride, they were really in their own little world, leaving me to the games on my phone until Daisy woke up.
"Just what does it mean?" She questioned, obviously not wanting to tell me whether or not someone had called her that.
"It means that you act like you're a good girl on the outside, but you're really a hoe." I answered, earning a nod from her. She pressed the home button on her iPhone and locked it, setting it on her lap.
"Did someone call you that?" I repeated, hoping that she'd tell me this time around. She glanced over at me, before nodding her head, looking out the window again. I scrunched my eyebrows, reaching over and grabbing her phone from her lap.
She glanced at me, but didn't really bother to try and get her phone from me. I wasn't going to go through her shit, definitely not. I was just going to go on her Facebook and see what was going on with this whole 'undercover hoe' shit.
I unlocked her phone – she had given me her password a couple of days before – going straight to her Facebook app. I didn't have to do much scrolling, the status was right there and the person that wrote it was no surprise.
