Chapter 6: Revelations And New Friends

Master Makarov P.O.V
Just as Lucy instructed, I waited until I knew for sure that she was out of Magnolia to tell everyone. Some might wonder how I knew and I would answer that I waited about 3 hours before I came out of my office and walked across the stage down stairs. I looked out on all my children who were just laughing among themselves and having a good time. It hurt me that I had to bring down their morale, but they have the right to know.
"Brats listen up!" I yell which catches everyone's attention. "Today we have lost a valued member of our family.." I pause to keep myself from crying again.
"Who?" Asked a random guild member.
"Lucy Heartfilia, our celestial dragon slayer and key user.... has decided that she no longer feels at home here at Fairy Tail. You are not to look for her and she wouldn't want you to cry for her either, tonight let us celebrate Lucy's new life and if you need to cry then cry but do it at home." I said like a hypocrite before shedding my own tears of sadness and walking off the stage to return to my office.

Natsu P.O.V
I punch a nearby wall to get rid of some of the pain I feel inside which causes all the guild members to look my way in shock. 'I couldn't understand why Lucy would feel like a stranger here, I brought her here because I knew she'd feel at home. I was angry, hurt, depressed, lonely, etc. I felt the same way I felt when Lissanna 'died'. I was once in love with Lucy, but after Lissanna came back I wasn't sure because all my feelings for her came back to me. I didn't think Lucy was interested in a dense ass wipe like me so I stopped hanging out with her so I could forget my feelings...'

Gray P.O.V
'I knew Lucy was alone a lot, but she didn't try telling anyone about how she was feeling. If only I had known that she was feeling left out I would've spent a little more time with her. She was like a baby sister to me, I never looked at her any other way. I would've crossed oceans to see her smile but I couldn't even realize that she was miserable...'

Erza P.O.V
'She's really gone...I noticed she was feeling down these days but I figured that it was just from all the solo missions. I thought she was tired, I have failed as a big sister and a friend. I know she isn't upset with anyone, but the very principle that none of us can tell when our nakama is feeling alone is unforgiving in itself.'

Wendy P.O.V
'I followed Lucy-san's advice and Romeo-kun and I became boyfriend and girlfriend, but I was so busy with Romeo-kun that I hadn't noticed that I was neglecting an important part of my life.. Carla! (JKJK Lucy) I have always looked up to her and I always wanted to be just like her one day. I'm a horrible little sister to her, I'm ashamed.'

*MEANWHILE*

Lucy P.O.V
When I finally got off that stupid death trap, Sting and Rogue were waiting at the station with happy smiles. I smile back at them before making my way over to them, easily regaining my equilibrium.
"Hey! How did you guys know when to be here?" I ask as I give each boy a hug.
"We didn't, we just sorta waited for you after sorting some things out with Master. He is super excited for you're arrival." Sting replies
"That's great, thank you both so much for this!" I smile before giving each of them a kiss on the cheek.
"Who's the master anyway?" I continue
"Oh it's still Jiemma, He isn't really as mean as he used to be after Sting nearly killed him. He tried to hurt Lector, so Sting hurt him." Rogue says with a slight chuckle while Sting blushes and scratches his neck.
"Well come on, it's getting late and I still have to get my insignia and find an inn." I say as I start to drag the boys away.
"Do you really have nowhere to stay, Blondie?" Sting asks which makes me stop and turn back to them.
"No I don't, I was just going to look for an apartment tomorrow and sleep in an inn tonight."
"Well if you do the cooking, you can stay in our extra room rent free" Rogue says which makes me smile.
"Rent free? Are you guys sure?"
"Well neither of us can cook very well and we don't want you to be alone." Rogue blushes
"Alright, thank you. You guys are doing so much for me" A few tears of happiness drop and I hug the boys again before we all start walking towards the guild. It literally only took us 10 minutes to get from the train station to the guild and when we arrive Sting kicks open the doors to let everyone know they are back. When I walk in after the boys I can feel the eyes staring at me and I began to get very uncomfortable.
"OI MASTER?! THE NEW S-CLASS MAGE IS HERE!!!" Sting yells which makes everyone erupt in cheers.
"WELL GET HER THE GUILD INSIGNIA AND THROW HER A PARTY, WHY THE HELL SHOULD I CARE THAT SHE'S HERE." He screams back trying to be cool but everyone could hear the excitement in his voice. I giggled a little at their little interaction before noticing Minerva walking over with the insignia stamp.
"What color, Lu?" She says with a smile which actually made her look very pretty.
"Um, on my hand in pink" I say while pointing to the hand that used to have my Fairy Tail insignia on it. She just nods before stamping me and giving me a short hug.
"Welcome to Sabertooth.."
"Thank you Min-chan"
