Ashton's POV

I run my fingers through my hair.

"I don't know... Orphans? Is there not another charity thing we can do?"

The whole management team looks at me. We had decided a while back that while on our break we'd do some charity work around Sydney to help give back, but I wasn't sure spending my afternoon playing with orphans was what I wanted to do.

"Come on Ash, it'll be fun! It's not like we're going adopt a kid while we're there"

"Okay Luke, but I'm only staying for 3 hours. No more."

Management agrees with the 3 hour limit tells us that we're going to the Sydney Orphanage for Girls and Boys. We pick a day later in the week before finishing up the meeting.

We walk into the restaurant Micheal chose for lunch and find a table near the back to avoid the paparazzi.

"Why are you against the orphanage Ash?" Micheal and the rest of the boys are looking at me. I don't really know what to say. It's not that I'm against giving back or anything, I just think that it's going to be really emotionally hard to spend an afternoon talking with kids that have been given up. I run my hands through my hair a couple of time (nervous habit) before giving them an answer.

"It's just... I think it's going to be really emotionally draining and hard to spend and afternoon hanging out with and talking to kids that have been given up, or abused." I look up to the ceiling and try not to let the boys see how emotional this is making me.

"Awwww Ash it's ok, we'll stick together and if it gets too much we can leave" Calum gives me a hug and a smile, while Luke and Micheal agree.

"Hi can I take your..." The waitress arrives to take our orders, but stops when she realizes who we are. Her eyes widen and her mouth drops.  "Oh my gosh... You're 5SOS!"

"Yup, that's us!" Luke gives a dramatic hair flip.

"Oh wow.. Uh can I get you guys something to drink?" She stumbles over her words and it's actually kind of cute. She looks like she's not much older than 15.

"I'll have water" I says with a smile. The rest of the boys order their drinks and we all get pizza to eat. It doesn't take long before it comes. Everyone eats at least 3 slices and Micheal declares that this is the best pizza he's ever eaten. Before we leave we take a group selfie with the girl and all sign her notepad.
