Chapter 11:Cigarettes

No smoking! It's bad!! Mkay?

Pearl P.O.V

Jasper puts on some music and we start to talk. Amethyst stayed with Jasper, I talked with Garnet and Lapis was messing with Peri.

"Every guy in here come with me, girls stay back." Jaspers says and drags Peri and Garnet outside, leaving me, lapis and Amethyst.

"So, you smoke?" Ame asks.

"I used too. Stopped." Lapis says.

"I never did." I reply. Smoking is bad.

"Oh really? Sad." Amethyst says lighting a cigarette.

"I wonder why Jasper took the guys?" Lapis says and sits down.

"Hey Lapis you have a cigar?"

"Cuban or American?"

"Cuban."

Lapis goes into her bag and throws a cigar to Ame.

"Thanks." Ame throws her cigarette outside and lighted the cigar.

We all lean back on the couch, smelling the fumes of the cigarette.

"Wow that really stinks." I say laughing a little.

"We got used to it." Amethyst says fist pounding Lapis.

The guys walk back in and smell the fumes.

"Are you two smoking again!?" Lapis and Amethyst look at each other.

"Well I'm not but yeah." Lapis answers.

"Guys I don't want my house smelling like smoke!" Jasper says and takes Amethyst cigar.

"Fine!!" Amethyst yells sitting down and looking up at the ceiling.

"Yeah OK Ame." Jasper sits down on the floor and turns on the TV.

We just lay back like nothing when Garnet put his arm around me.

I lean into him and feel the warmth radiating off him.

"Why are you so warm!?" I ask.

"I'm warm blooded." Garnet says simply.

"Bro no you ain't." Jasper says high fiving Amethyst.

My phone suddenly starts ringing.

I look toward the caller ID and see its from my mom.

"Excuse me guys." They just wave in response.

"Go outside so we don't listen." I wave back and go.

"Hello?"

"PEARL! WHERES RAINBOW!?"

"UM, I absolutely don't know. She left with Malachite somewhere. I'm just hanging out with Lapis."

"You better not be with Jasper and his friends. They are bad news."

"Mom they are my friends!"

"Fine! OK. Right now find Rainbow!!"

"Ok bye." I click end call and go back inside

"Garnet, Lapis, Rainbow is missing!!"

They both get up.

We all get ready to go but my phone starts ringing again. Unknown caller.

"Hello??"

"Hi, we are the beach city police, is this Pearl Quartz?"

"Speaking."

"Your sister Rainbow Quartz has been put into briefing. You can come bail her out."

They end the call and I look toward Garnet.

"What happened?" Garnet asks.

"My sisters in The police department."

Sorry for a really short chapter. Im in pain and I just got two shots. Also stuffs happening so I just went ahead to finish the chapter.
