Chapter 5: His Crush

Garnets P.O.V

While me and Pearl were walking, Rainbow passes by and I pretend not to look. She gives Pearl a thumbs up.

I try not to laugh since I talk to Rainbow.

We walk into swim class and sit down on the bleachers together.

The coach, Coach Universe, Comes in.

"Hey coach!" I say. Me, Pearl, and Malachite hang out with Coach.

"Hey Garnet. Why are you three so early?"

"Well you are my Football coach Greg."

His eyes widen and he looks at me with ease.

"Come on! Haha." He laughs. Pearl giggles. Malachite just smirks a little

Then the rest of class starts to come in and coach starts the class.

"OK Everyone you know the drill. Today we are gonna have a free swim today. So everyone, HAVE FUN!" Coach yells.

We all cheer and I let Pearl go to the changing room.

"So, is she your Girlfriend?" Malachite asks while we were in the changing room.

"No. But I really feel weird around her." Malachite chuckles.

"Son, That's called Love."

"What!? Shit man!" Me and him laugh.

"Well let's get out and swim." Me and Malachite flex our muscles and walk out.

Jasper was hanging out, Talking to Amethyst. Peridot was just chilling on the bleachers with a book. Lapis and Pearl were sitting at the edge of the pool talking.

Rainbow and Opal were going on the diving bored with Alexandrite and Sugilite. Sardonyx came out and sat next to Peridot.

"Holy shit." I say as I watch Pearl get up. She got a slim body and she's wearing a bikini.

"Don't get turned on Garnet. Your pants look really right now."Malachite teases.

Me and Pearl lock eyes and she blushes and goes into the pool.

"Dude, I think I am in love." I say before I'm pushed into the pool by Malachite.

"Hahaha. Fuck you!" I say laughing. I see Jasper go behind Malachite and push him.

"You guys suck!" Malachite laughs.

Pearl P.O.V -a couple seconds earlier-

"So that's why you have a little crush on Peri!!" Me and Lapis laugh.

"Shh."

Me and Lapis get up and stretch. I noticed that Garnet and Malachite walk out.

Me and him lock eyes and I blush and go into the pool.

He has a six pack and what Lapis calls 'hard rock' muscles or abs. But he looked hot.

Why did I just say that?

"Don't be staring at your crush!"

Me and Lapis chuckle and we swim around.

Rainbow stares at Malachite and I laugh at her.

"You got a crush!" I hear Jasper say.

"Nah!" Garnet denies.

"Its fricken P-"

"Shut up!"

"OHHHH!!!"

Me and Lapis giggle. Garnets face red with embarrassment.

Garnet P.O.V

Jasper was so close into saying who I liked. I don't want to tell Pearl.

I don't want to ruin our friendship if she doesn't like me.

"So. Pearl? You like her. The nerd?" Jasper says.

"Don't call her that!"

"Yep you do."
