*Elizabeth*
"Addison. Elizabeth. Breakfast." I slowly pulled myself out of my bed. Trying to wake myself up from my sleep.

I go into Addison's room to wake her up. But when I open the door she's gone. She must be already downstairs. I don't know how she got down there so fast but oh well. I shrugged my shoulders and made my way downstairs.

That's when everything changed. I wasn't in Addison's house anymore. I was in my own. I frantically look around for Amanda and Addison. I run all around the house looking for them. Not caring how loud I'm being.

"HEY! WHY ARE YOU MAKING SO MUCH NOISE!"

I stop dead on my tracks and slowly turn around. I don't know how I didn't see him but there he is. Sitting in his chair, staring at me with hatred in his eyes. My father.

He slowly stood up and started to walk toward me. Every step he took forward I took back, until I ran into a wall. I was stuck, with nowhere to go and my father is madder than I've ever seen.

"Please Sir. Don't hurt me. I'll be quiet. I'm so sorry. Please."

"There is not room for apologies. Only your pain." He started coming at me, slowly pulling his belt off of his waist. Just as he started to raise it in the air there was a frantic knock at the door.

KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK. "LIZ! LIZ ANSWER THE DOOR!!" My father looked at me. Even more angry than I thought physically possible. He stormed to the door and flung it open.

"WHAT DO YOU WANT!!"

"I'm here for Elizabeth. I felt that she was in trouble." She looked at the belt in his hand and then looked past him to find me cowering in a corner. "I want to take her back to my house."

Then the unexpected happened. My father grabbed Addison by the hair and dragged her inside. I ran to him, begging him not to hurt her.

"They need to see the consequences of being your friend." He started to hit her with the belt as hard as he could. Addison burst into tears, crying out for me.

"Ow Elizabeth help. Please." With every hit she flinched. "Elizabeth please! It hurts!" She started to cry. I couldn't bare to look at her. Every time I did all I could see was her bloody face and bloody back.

"NOOOOOOOO!" I yelled as loud as I could, but he didn't stop. He just looked at me with an evil smirk on his face and started to hit her with un human like power. I slowly sat down and started to cry. I can't help her. I'm not strong enough.

"I'm sorry Addison." And then everything stopped. All I could hear is her voice.

"Liz... Liz! Wake up. It's just a dream! Wake up!" Addison stood up and walked over to me. "Elizabeth you need to wake up. It's just a dream." Everything unfroze. I look up to see Addison standing in front of me and my father bolting toward us, he belt raised high in the air.

I jolted awake to see Addison in my room. I frantically looked around my room. Trying to see if this was a dream.

"Liz. Hey it's okay. It was just a dream." Addison cooed to me, trying to get me to calm down. Tears stared to run down my cheeks.

"You were there. And my father. And he.. He started to hit you. You were getting hit with all the force he had. But I couldn't help you. I... I.."

"Hey shh. It's okay now." She crawled into bed with me and got under the covers. "I'm here and look I'm not beaten up." I looked up at her face. There were no bruises, no blood.
