Burning bridges we made.

Our pictures slowly fade.

Watching my roses decay.

That's just fine, I'm okay.

I didn't want you to stay.

Be free, and fly away.

Just don't forget about me.

And I know , oh I know

I'm the last place you mind wants to go.

But all I have is my lonely memories.

With you is where I still want to be.

The tears I cry put a river to shame.

You said I'm the only one to blame.

All our happy times go up in flames.

You sit back and watch my world in cave.

I know you're gonna drive me insane.

I'll die young if something doesn't change.

So please, oh please

Just remember me

Love is that last thing you want to show.

I'm not asking for your heart.

Even though you tore mine apart.

I'm not asking for a friend.

What we had, had to end.

No, I don't want your fist.

No, I don't want your kiss.

I don't want you to stay.

I just want to be okay.

To not feel hatred every day.

Let's just go our separate ways.

You were my man not a coward.

So what ever is left can be ours.

Cause there are other places my mind rather be.

If there is nothing left to see,

than all that's left to do is leave.

had major writer's block. But I hope

you like it. It was suppose to be a

song but I guess it works as a poem
