Gunner - December 6th
Mary was now back at school. But she was with. . .him. I really disgust Jash. He never really believed in relationships. Just sex and drugs.
I need to convince Mary that she shouldn't be with him. But man! Mary is a tough one to crack.
Let me tell you the truth here. I liked her first. I saw her sitting in the back of my math class and I immediately fell in love. She wasn't like those other girls. She had more of a cuter look and her hair and eyes just make everything better. But when I always tried to make a move, she would look sad and depressed that I didn't want to bother her. Then, she became friends with those girls and Travis.
This year, I thought that maybe I shouldn't deal with her anymore and move on, but then I saw Jash walk towards her.
My blood boiled and I was pissed. Mary doesn't deserve him, she deserves me!
I'm a part of a gang yeah, but Jash is a gangleader! Sure my boss wants Mary, but I'm planning on faking my death, and taking Mary myself. Call me crazy, but I'm madly in love with her.
That day that she threw the notes at me and I read them. I knew she was going through a tough time. And it's all because of Jash. He's doing this to her and he probably isn't doing shit about it!
I love Mary. Sure, I know nothing about her but that doesn't mean that I give up. I want her. I need her. I really really REALLY need her in my life.
Today she was wearing jeans, a white shirt and a long coat, along with some boots. I saw that no one was around her so I walked towards her. But then he showed up, he wrapped his arm around her waist and kissed her on the head.
I wanted to get rid of Jash. He doesn't need her. He doesn't deserve her. Mary is innocent and pure and she deserves me.
Yeah, I'm being selfish. What do you want me to do? There's like four guys madly inlove with her. I'm one of those four. And I want to be the only one, we're all fighting to keep her to ourselves, and now that she's popular, there's even more guys that want to get in her pants.
So I don't know what to do. I surely don't want to forget about her. I need to talk to her about this but she seems to be distancing herself away from me. I don't know how long I stood there, but it was already time for class and Mary already left her locker. I sighed and walked to class.
~Lunch Time~
I was with my friends today at lunch, and guess where we were sitting, right next to Mary's table. Great isn't it?
She was with her girl friends and the guys, including Jash. Mary was trying to read a book and they all kept bothering her. See, I wouldn't do that to Mary. If she wanted privacy I would give her privacy.
Nick nudged my shoulder and I looked at him.
"You checking her out too?" I widened my eyes and glared at him.
"I told you before, I'm just thinking of a plan. It's called examining." Nick chuckled and popped out a cig.
"Whatever your plan is it would never work. Boss wants her by the time school ends and he said if any of us bang her then it'll cost us something." I rolled my eyes and continued to look at Mary.
"I don't plan on doing that to her anyway."
Nick scoffed and lit up his cigarette.
"Why don't 'ya? Ever since she started hanging out with them she became the hottest chick in the school. I don't get why I didn't see her before, she's got them nice curves, beautiful pink lips, smoking hot-"
"I get it, I get it. Mary's hot. We all know." I looked at him and he placed his cig in his milk carton. "But she is mysterious. Mary seems like the type of girl to have many secrets and when we get her I plan on asking her." Nick finished and got up as it was time for us to go back to class.
I glanced over at Mary one last time and noticed she was by herself. I walked over to her and smiled.
"Hey Mary." I sat across from her and she smiled.
"Hi Gunner."
"It's been a while since we've talked, have you been ignoring me?" I joked and chuckled but the look on her face told me that she was.
"Wait, you have been?"
"Look, Gunner, I can't be seen around you and if Jash knew that I was talking to you, he wouldn't trust me ever again and he'll probably kill you." I clenched my fists under the table and looked down, Mary sighed.
"I understand that very well Mary. But sometimes I do wish that I was dead and that you would atleast talk to me." She widened her eyes to say something but I stood up. "If you ever need someone to talk to I'll always be here." I walked away from Mary and to class.

I know this chapter was short! Don't hate me! I'm trying to give you guys enough details of what's happening before the next few things happen.
I just asked my friend for help for the next POV but she didn't help so much. I know what to write for the next chapter, and should I start writing three chapters each month? I'll think about it.
Hope you guys are enjoying my story and don't forget to check out Dear Mate!
Au revoir!
