Chapter Fourteen

Mary

The light turned green, and Arabelle stepped on the gas. We drove away from that car.

But the question is, who was that girl in the car with Jash and Travis?

I'll worry about it later, I know Jash wouldn't cheat on me, and I also know that Travis wouldn't be dating a girl like her.

As we drove away, the same black car started to drive behind us, Arabelle drove faster and she started to turn different ways.

"We're all gonna be killed if they catch up to us." Lucy said. I started to shake again.

We're really screwed. Then, as I looked behind us, the car was gone.

"I think we're safe now guys." I told them, we all looked around, the car wasn't anywhere to be seen.

Imagine living like a king some day, a single night without a ghost in the walls-

My phone started to ring. I looked at the caller I.D.

Jash.

Should I answer? Something inside me says I should, another part of me says I shouldn't.

I bit my lip as I placed my finger on the screen.

I clicked the hang up button, I don't feel like getting yelled at right now. Especially by Jash.

Arabelle kept driving, not knowing where to go, for all I know, he could have his men out here watching us.

Or Ryan could get to us. Oh why didn't I just stay at school? Why couldn't I just be the smart girl I am and just stay at school.

"Where are we going?" Rose asked Arabelle. Arabelle shrugged.

"I don't know. But I'm pretty hungry." Belle looked at us and smiled.

"I can eat." Lucy said.

"Yeah, I also want something to drink." Rose said, then they all looked at me.

I honestly want to go home. I'm freaking scared of what might happen. But my stomach growled and I sighed.

"Let's get something to eat and then after that go home." Belle nodded and she started to drive to a burger resturaunt.

"I can't believe they don't have coffee here." I groaned and looked at the menu.

"Well atleast they have food here." Arabelle said being sarcastic. I rolled my eyes and went to go sit down at our table.

As I sat down, two men walked in the resturaunt. I noticed from the side of my eyes that one had dirty blonde hair and the other had brown hair. I turned my head to look at them. It's the guys from when I almost got kidnapped! I widened my eyes and looked away.

I looked out the window to make sure they didn't see my face. I panicked. What if they try to get me again? What if Ryan is right outside of the resturaunt?

Rose came to the table with our food and we all sat down together. Lucy next to me, Belle and Rose across from us. I placed my hands under the table and interlocked my fingers.

"G-Guys. Look next to us." I tilt my head to the left as I whispered to them and they all looked over.

Belle whipped her head back towards me. "What do we do?" She said. I shrugged.

"Let's just eat first, and call the guys." I replied as I looked at them. Lucy widened her eyes.

"Are you serious? We're all going to be screwed if we leave and those guys see us or if we call Jash."
