Both girls froze and stared at the door.
"Hide!" Hissed Skylar. Heather jumped up from her seat and grabbed the food. She leaped under the bed in the back of the room and pulled the covers down over the side of her face just as the door opened. A man slowly stepped into the room. His eyes were a glimmer of purple. His hair long, messy and dark brown.
"Um....Hi?" Skylar muttered.
"Good afternoon Skylar. How's everything working?" He asked slowly.
"Quite well," She started and swung her legs back and forth over the edge of the table.
"Well," He paused for a moment. "That's fine." He muttered quickly. Skylar nodded and followed him with her eyes as he strolled around her. Suddenly there was a flash and Skylar leaped out of the way and the floor set on fire. Heather scooted back. The fire stopped.
"Your luckily this room, is fire proof." He chuckled.
"Uh, Right." Skylar licked her lips.
"Well, I best be off. Everything seems normal with you for now." He smiled and left the room slowly.
Heather and Skylar took a deep breath at the same time.
"That was close!" Whispered Skylar.
"Too close. I have to go. I'll come back tomorrow, OK?" Heather nodded and left the room quickly without a second glance at Skylar.
