Heather fell onto her bed spread and sighed.
"I take it your visiting day didn't go so well?" Abby added as she watched Heather.
"I guess." Heather sighed.
"Well if you need anyone to talk to just as me." Abby shrugged.
"What do you mean?" Heather asked sitting up.
"Well, We all come up like you. Taken away from the normal world as soon as our powers show. After a couple of years of training were sent back to our family's, we have learned how to control our powers. But they still allowed visiting day." Abby said dramatically.
"During my first visiting day I wanted to go to meet my parents. Big mistake. I went there and everything broke lose. I didn't know what happened next. All I know it was raining inside by the time I left." Abby chuckled at her own will. Heather rolled her eyes.
Winter was spreading fast and Heathers will to go and see Skylar was becoming larger. Heather found herself lurking past Skylar's door. She suddenly saw a yellow spark flash under the door. Heather couldn't hold it in any more. She grabbed the door handle and raced in.
