The next day she went to the park to take some photos for class. There was a thin blanket of snow on the ground and the air was chilly. Kids were playing on the jungle gyms, despite the snow - Chht. They started a snowball fight - Chht. After she took a few dozen pictures, Calypso walked over to the children's parents.
"Hi. My name is Calypso Masterson. Please don't think I'm creepy, but I took some pictures of your kids. I was wondering If you'd let me use them for a class that I'm in. I'm a photography major at Parsons, in the city," she said. She brushed some snow off of the bench and sat down.
"Sure, hon! These photos are really nice. Go ahead and use them," one of the mothers said after Calypso showed the trio of moms her pictures.
"Thank you!" Calypso said. She hopped back into her Dad's car and drove home about twenty minutes later. After another week, It was time for Calypso to head back to the city. She dreaded the feeling of leaving her dad alone in his condition, but she couldn't just stay home. She met up with the twins, and together they left for New York City. Calypso sat next to Ravi and they held hands. I was really nice. Occasionally Ravi would squeeze Calypso's hand, almost to reassure the bond between them.
