Trailing Andrew had gotten more and more boring with each day that I had to endure it. He didn't do anything remotely suspicious or out of place for a family man until the sixth day tailing him, the day the band were scheduled to get back home for rehearsals for a show in three days time. Rather than dwell on the band seemingly not getting much of a break, I focused on what I had found out about Andrew.

~FLASHBACK~

I was growing tired of following Andrew to the same damned supermarket each day, but it was even worse on my own, having no one to talk to. After the third day of nothing, Jett had decided to call it quits and go and ask Blade for something else to do because he was getting impatient and a little bored of not having a job. I then enlisted Claire's help but she proved to be more annoying than Jett, claiming that if he wasn't doing anything suspicious with his time then maybe there was nothing to find.

I didn't agree, there was just something about the way he acted that day when I spoke to him that didn't sit right with me. Sure, he had a right to be angry for being assigned to kill his son but it was more than that. I was sure of that, at least. He looked terrified when he first saw me, as though he was hiding something and was scared I had found out.

Dressed in another all black outfit, this time a simple black skirt and vest top, I hadn't brought a jacket because the sun was out and I wanted to take advantage of the weather while I could.

I followed Andrew to an abandoned building, watching as he parked outside what looked like an old clothes shop. Parking at the end of the road, I got out of my car and rushed over. I couldn't see anything as the windows were dirty so I had to open the door a crack to see if I could see anybody.

When I was sure that there was no one there, I crept in as silently as possible, knowing that one sound would alert whoever was inside of my presence. Andrew I could take care of but for all I knew, I could be heavily outnumbered.

"Are you sure that they don't know anything?" A mans voice interrupted the silence, coming from the back of the building but I remained where I was, knowing that if footsteps approached, I was close enough to the door to escape.

"I'm sure." That was Andrew, I thought the second he spoke. I'd recognise that voice anywhere; he sounded nervous. "They haven't been around so they can't know anything. If they did, I'd be dead by now."

That only confirmed what Blade and I already knew; he really was working for Skull Agency. I had to grip onto the door handle tightly to prevent myself from storming in there and killing each and everyone in that room but I knew I had to be smarter than that so ignoring my impulses, I took a deep breath and waited for more information.

"Just remember what we said. Blade Agency can't find out anything. If they do, we are holding you responsible and we will kill your family." A second man spoke.

"I know. They really don't know a thing, I'm sure."

I noticed that he didn't mention the fact I had paid him a visit, presumably because they would think that we knew what they were up to.

He was trying to save himself. The reality hit me like a bullet. He may be working for the Skulls - that enough right there was enough for him to be killed - but he was scared of the Skulls more than he was of us.

"We'll be in touch soon. Tell us everything you can remember and then business is over."

I got out of there after that, not needing to hear anymore. Now I knew Andrew was working for them, he was going to die. I didn't care about the details, he wasn't going to live long.
