years later...

Gabi's pov

I woke to the sound of baby cries through a monitor.  It was 3:00 in the morning.  I rolled over to see an awakened Grayson.  He got up and laughed, "I'll get it", he says as he kisses my cheek.  I roll back into bed, smiling, thinking of how cute he was.

It has been years since I got out of the hospital.  Months later, after I got out, Grayson had proposed to me on my birthday.  It was the cutest thing ever.  It was in a nice garden and candles everywhere, like our first date.  Oh, memories.  Jess eventually had to move out so that Grayson could move in.  I missed her.  Tons and tons.  Although she's doing pretty fine I hear.  Remember the mysterious man from the park?  Well they are happily engaged.  I'm so happy for her.  As for my family they are doing good and Gray's as well.  Ethan found a girlfriend, I met her, she's really nice.

As for me, well I have two little angels that are part of the familia now.  Luca, my kind-hearted fighter.  He's about two years old now.  And my little Shila, my curious dreamer.  She's going to turn 10 months soon.  Then, my baby daddy, Grayson, haha.  He's a hand full, but we are happily married and nothing can go wrong.  I honestly have never been so happy in my life.  I love Grayson with all my heart, and now he's mine.  Like Grayson told me on our first date, we also would have little 'us'es in the future, and now we do, and I love them beyond imagination.  They represent us so much, I really hope they grow up to be great one day..but not to grow up too fast haha.

Grayson's pov

I walked inside the room and walked over to my little Shila.  I picked her up and began to rock her to sleep.  Her hands were so tiny and gentle, her face was so precious.  I lightly kissed her forehead and watched her as she fell asleep in my arms.  I love her so much.  I would protect her with my life.  I gently place her back in her crib and gently kiss her on the forehead goodnight.  All of a sudden, I hear tiny feet running up the hallway.  My little goofball woke up.  He ran through the door and jumped onto me, almost making me fall.

"Hey, aren't you supposed to be in bed you little goof"

"Hhehe, bu I want to play wif u daddy."

"But you have to go to bed buddy."

"Pweasee?"

"If you don't, then I'm going to...tickle you!"

Luca started to laugh and tried running away.  I caught him just in time and started to tickle him silly.  He was laughing so much, it made me laugh.

Gabi's pov

I walk inside Shila's room to see Grayson tickling Luca.  I lean on the door and watch them as they playfully fight.  Grayson looks over and notices me.  I smile at him.  He walks over to me.  He plants a kiss on my lips and runs back towards Luca to tickle him some more.  Seeing them laughing and happy made me feel, so.....happy and accomplished.  It made me feel like I did good.

I love Grayson, too much.

Grayson's pov

I looked over at Gabi.

Gabi's pov

I love Grayson so much.  He's part of my world.  He makes me happy beyond imagination.  Knowing that I have someone like him in my life, makes me feel like we are the only two on the planet, along with two little bonuses hehe.

Grayson saved me.  He made me feel worth it.  That I had a chance to be happy again.  He was my solution.  My other half.  I never thought that ...I would see him again, or even end up with him.  I got lucky, I guess we were perfect for each other. It was coincidence?

No.  It was meant to be.  It was.......what's the word, oh yeah,...it was,

Destiny.
