If Klaroline were your parents, there would be fighting 24/7. But this isn't the scary "I need to get out of my house" fighting, it's the Caroline screaming at the top of her lungs at Klaus because he accidentally put a spoon in the fork drawer kind of fighting. It's the kind of house where you'd find yourself at breakfast eating cereal and mom and dad would be bickering about something so pointless and acting like an old married couple because, well, they are. After 15 minutes of arguing and you finishing 2 bowls of frosted flakes, Caroline suddenly vampire whooshes into Klaus and they start ferociously making out on the kitchen counter. Your reaction...rolling your eyes and whining, "Moooooom! Daaaaad! Come on! Not in the kitchen!" as if it's a daily occurrence.

You'd talk to Caroline about anything from periods to boy drama and she would listen and be such a good, caring and loving mom. Bedtime stories aren't princess books and fairy tales, instead they're memories of past adventures the two of them faced. They both always tuck you in together because Caroline is never quite happy with how Niklaus tells his side of the story. No surprise, Caroline is the hard ass in the family, and Klaus is the laid-back, jokster dad who always seems to catch you sneaking cookies out of the jar behind moms back but never tells. Instead, he mouths "get me one too".

Yes there's a lot of fighting, and yes it's never quiet at home, but you wouldn't want to change a single thing. Your parents are the ones who taught you to be proud of who you are and to stick up for yourself no matter what. If anything happened to you, you know that your mom and dad would go through Hell and back to bring you home safe.
