Oh what a dangerous addition you are

Chapter 2

~Lyla's POV~

It took over an hour to finally arriving after constant arguing between River and Luka. "I swear you two fight like a married couple good god," I chuckle with Wynter as we get out with the boys still arguing over who got us lost. 

Face to face with each other trying to act tough they scream for the city to hear,

"Maybe if someone could warn me when to turn ahead of time!"

"I did you were too busy singing to Bieber on the radio!"

"Hey man, don't say that out loud wouldn't wanna kill my lady vibes with that. So breaking bro code. Not all of us are lucky like you River!"

Then River snakes his arms around Wynter as he leans into her neck taking in her scent, "I'm definitely lucky to have her as mine. All mine." Wynter blushes as she kisses him whispering against his lips, "Mine."  

"As well lucky you aren't the one I'm married to Luka. You may be my beta, but I don't know what I would have to do if I had to live with you. I'm not sure how your sister puts up with you have the time" Luka crosses his arms shaking his head, "Pshh man I don't know what you mean you'd be lucky as hell to marr..." 

Wynter and I shriek as we realize we were at the new club in the human city cutting off my brothers stupidity.

"Oh god dude you were right they would be happy. I'm glad we got on the list to get in early or I would have died if we had to listen to their constant shrieking the whole time," Luka winces from our shrieks as River laughs.

River goes up to the guy at the door telling him his name. Then the human checks his list and ushers us in giving me a wink as I passed.

~Mystery POV~ 

I couldn't believe these guys dragged me to a place like this. Not that I didn't enjoy clubbing with the guys its just ever since this morning Adonis has been on edge. Every time I ask him whats going on with him he either ignores me or just tells me he isn't entirely sure himself. 

Adonis is a strange wolf to say the least but this behavior was even more strange even for him. So with this annoying puzzling situation I am in with my wolf I haven't wanted to enjoy the night like the fellas. 

"Dude get your ass up and dance with some ladies you loner," My best friend barks at me as he has some drunk human girl wrapped around his arm.

"I am not really feeling up to it tonight something is up with Adonis."

"Drink something that'll ease him up. Plus I think I just saw River Johnson walk in here so lets go mess with the punk."

Shaking my head at the dumbass, " He isnt a punk you're just still butt hurt that he pinned you down in training while he was at our pack." laughing at my friends irritated look at the memory I stand up from the booth I was hiding in.

Thats when the most amazing smell of cherry blossom and vanilla hits my nose, "Mate!" As i receive wide eyes from him I quickly gaze around the club to lay my eyes on the most beautiful creature I had ever seen. 

~Lyla's POV~

We find a table at the top level overlooking the entire club. Luka goes to get us all drinks with his fake ID he is so proud of making and River takes Wynter down to dance giving every male that passes her a death glare from hell. I watch from above laughing as River tries his hardest not to go savage on every guy in the room that steps a single step to close to Wynter.

Luka finally gets back after 20 minutes struggling to hold all of the drinks and sits beside me. 

"Come on sis go out there and have fun. Even though I am your brother and is as protective as River is right now I have noticed some guys watching you. Go make some friends and enjoy yourself it's our birthday for christ sakes."
