Geline made a gesture: Stop.
“Why should I stop?” I asked Geline.
“You need to stop talking.” She said.
“Why,”
Geline removed her glasses. “I didn’t sign up to think of something for you, Nicole.” She headed away.
“Farsha, FARSHA! Ugh!” I growled.
Fuck this, you know! I really hate it when people just back out and leave me. Like what happened to Val and Kristina a while ago. And then Geline (seriously, what can you offer to your best friend?), just left me with some comments. Ugh! Anyways, Geline left me in the hallway.
“Hoy gago!” Someone screamed from below
I looked down the first floor and I realized it was Karl. Who was he with: his sister, Ate Kyra. Awww, I like those siblings when they’re together because Karl is treated like a little kid. But when she’s gone, I’m dead.
Anyways, I was looking down when I saw Karl and ate Kyra together. “They’re so cute!”
The door opened behind me and I realized it was Bruce who came out. “Nicole.”
“What.” I told him.
“Have you seen Olivete?”
“No. Why?”
“I need to talk to him. You see we have a discussion to talk about.”
“And what is that discussion?”
Bruce’s face flushed. “Nothing, it’s nothing.”
“Oh, really,”
Val went near with us. “Hey Nicole, can Bruce and I-”
I glimpsed at Val. “You’re still with Karl, aren’t you?”
“Nicole,” Bruce said, “this has gone too-”
I looked at Bruce, fast. “Oh, you both better run because if not… I’m going to make you my target or make you a punching bag.”
Val grabbed Bruce’s wrist. “Come on, we need to talk to someone.”
They both ran down the hallway bumping Kristina’s shoulder.
Kristina came by with something on her head. “What is wrong with those two?”
I made an eye-to-eye contact with her. “What’s with the headscarf?”
“Nothing,” Then she smiled.
I made a poker face. “That’s not cool. We need to follow Val and Bruce. They’re on with someone or something.”
“Fine,” She twisted her headscarf. “Do I look like a hippie?”
“Yes. I like it. You look like a bit of Lana Del Rey, the innocent one. We need to follow those two.”
“Okay.”
While we went down, Val and Bruce were just walking towards Karl in the first floor.
Kristina is good in being sneaky. “Nicole, be quiet or will be caught.”
We were in the first floor already and the two are gone, simply gone.
“Where are they?” Kristina asked me.
I kept on looking for Karl, Val and Bruce while something to Kristina. “I don’t know.”
Then I saw shoes. “Over there, behind the audio room.”
