Buzzzzzzzzz.......

The stupid alarm had to ring now!!!! I tried to stop the alarm from ringing further by dragging myself to the other side of my bed where the bedside table was, but instead fell off the bed with a loud THUD! I fell face first with my blanket tangled in between my legs.

I pushed myself up and walked over to the bedside table, and the time was 7:50.

7:50 a.m.?!?! Holy shit!!!!!

I was getting late for school. And the best part I have only 10 minutes to get ready and rush to school!

But thank the lucky stars I have a car to drive myse........

Wait a minute. But I don't have school today... I'm going to LA in three days. What joy?!?

Suddenly my sister barges into my room, "I am so excited to go back to LA!! We are going to have a blast at our new school. I just can't wait! Aren't you excited??" She said as she sat on my bed.

I, on the other, was not so excited to back to our old home because after my parents died four years ago, home never felt like home to me anymore.
Four years... It's been four years since my parents died..... Four years since we settled down in New York..... Four years... Since my life changed...

Anyways looking at the sight of my sister, did cheer me up.

My sister Ivy is two years younger than me and she is the most enthusiastic person I have ever seen. She's the type of sister who is quirky, fun to hang out with and very very caring.

Shaking my head and smiling to myself, I headed in the direction of my bathroom to brush my teeth, closing the door behind me, leaving Ivy to herself singing 'Happy' by Pharrell Williams.

Once I stepped inside the bathroom, I grabbed the toothbrush off the holder and squirted way too much toothpaste. So I ended up washing half the toothpaste down the sink.

After I was done, I walked towards my walk-in wardrobe and picked out my favorite blue skinny jeans and a cute pink off-the-shoulder top. I paired my outfit with ankle-length brown boots.

After doing my hair, I walked towards my room door and once I opened it, I was invited to the aroma of blueberry pancakes.

Quickly I ran downstairs, almost tripping on the last one and entered the kitchen to find both my brothers making their amazing, out of this world pancakes and coffee... Oh how I missed them and their Master Chef cooking skills so much!

"Josh! Nick! I've missed you guys so much. Where have you'll be for the last three months?" I screamed in delight, only for them to pick me up and twirl me around just like they do, always.

"We've always been here just that we are way too busy with college and stuff", Josh said as a matter of factly which was true as my brothers stay in the United Kingdom which is like halfway around the world.

They both study at Oxford University, that is both of their dream which is finally accomplished. Josh is in his final year of a law that means he is going to graduate to become a professional lawyer and Nick is doing his second year in political science because he thinks he can be a good political leader.

And then Nick spoke, "But we also stayed true to our promise of meeting you and Ivy once in three months, so you can't that we didn't come and meet both of you."

When my brothers and I were talking in the kitchen, my sis had come into the kitchen very silently and climbed on the counter where my brothers were leaning and suddenly jumped onto their backs and surprised them, causing them to lose their support and all three of them fell to the ground laughing like maniacs, and soon I joined in them in their laughter.
