Chapter 14

"Its really nice to see you all, I'm so glad I came tonight!" I said to Maeve, Lola, and Trinity, some girls I was kind of friends with. By kind of I mean we hung out a lot, but they all talked shit about me when I wasn't around.

"Yeah same, you look great by the way." Maeve said.

"Thanks?" I said more like a question. What did I look bad back then? I brushed it off.

"I'm going to get a drink!" Ariana chirped. "Does anyone wan-" she paused and shh'd everyone. "Do you guys here that?"

In the distance we could hear a couple of people chanting, "FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT!"

And I didn't even have to go over to the circle of crowded people to know it Zayn and Luke that were fighting. I knew this would happen. I can only imagine who said what to who.

"There's a fight?!" Lola said looking worried.

"God damn it." I muttered. I stood up quickly and made my through the crowd of people. "Move. Hey. Scuse me! MOVE!" I shouted at a couple of people I recognized to be some of my old classmates. I could feel Ariana trailing behind me.

I couldn't believe my eyes. Zayn and Luke were on the floor beating the living shit out of each other. Obviously Zayn was winning, but that isn't even in the slightest bit important.

"Zayn!" "Zayn!" I shouted.

He didn't look up. 'ZAAAAAYNNNN!" I yelled louder than before. He didn't even flinch.

I knew I would regret what I was about to do next but I had no choice. I screamed bloody murder at the top of my lungs.

Everyone stopped and starred. Zayn and Luke immediately stopped pummeling each other. Some people dropped their drinks.

"What the hell did you do that for?" Some kid next to me cringed holding his ears.

"Shut up!" I yelled back.

I didn't mean to be disrespectful but I didn't care. I did what I had to do.

"Zayn what the fuck is going on here? I leave you for 10 minutes and youre already in a fight with someone! I cant believe you."

"Perrie you don't under-"

I cut him off. "No I understand perfectly. You couldn't trust me for one second, so you had to come here and beat up Luke who you don't even know! Is that why you wanted me to come so bad tonight? So you could get your vengeance on some guy I never even dated? You're pathetic Zayn."

"Perrie that's not what happened please just let me explain!" He said wiping blood from his nose.

"Save it Zayn. I knew you didn't trust me. Just do me a favor and go back to the hotel."

Zayn looked defeated. "Perrie please hear me out."

"No go!"

I was disgusted with Zayn, I didn't even want to look at him. I felt bad for Luke. He hasn't seen me in over a year and he just got beat up by my boyfriend. This is not at all how I wanted this night to go.

Zayn sulked and brushed passed a bunch of people and made his way to the door.

"No wait stop!" Luke said. Zayn turned around just before he could open the door. "I can't let you leave having her think you did something wrong when you didn't."

I was really confused. What was Luke talking about?

"Perrie, well hi for starters."

"Hi." I said softly.
