Fear hit me before anything else at the sight i had just seen.
Walking around the room I was locked in; the only thought running through my mind "I got to get out of here, soon".
Sean's POV
The sunlight entered my room peeping through the curtains that were drawn across the window and fell on my eyes. I turned towards my right to avoid the light streaming in. The coolness of my room comforting me, seemed to encourage me to sleep a little more."Beep beep, beep beep" the alarm rang.
"Damn it" I grumbled to myself.
Living alone had it advantages and disadvantages.
Being me also came with advantages and disadvantages. Oh well nothing to do about that now.
I opened my eyes slowly adjusting them to the sun lit room.
Just the thought of the new semester starting in college was enough to make me not want to go.
I sat up on the bed and just stayed there not thinking about anything in particular. Just the random thoughts that came every now and then.
I just wanted to take a break. I needed to take a break. A break from all the people.
I took a deep breath and sighed when to thought of college. I had already taken leave for a few weeks since the semester began but today I have to go, if not, I would fail.
My eyes wandered to the clock on my side table. It read 8:45.
"Shit." i have to be there at 9.
I moved quickly, getting ready, take a coffee to have on the road.Even tough I have rich parents, I don't really act like a spoiled brat; most of the time (wink wink nudge nudge).
So I take my car, (well its a land rover, but who's caught up in the miner details right?) and take the shortest route to college.
At College
Wilburn University.
I go to the parking lot to park, just about in time.when I see a familiar face.
Getting out, I start walking towards him while he just waits for me to reach him.
"Hey man." He calls out.
"Shaun. How you doing."
"Good"
For a second he looks behind me and then with a smirk he says "Do you want it to get better?"
Knowing Shaun, my best friend since childhood he could be planing anything and I literally mean anything.
"No " I answer
"Well it doesn,t really make a difference." He says in a aloof manner.
"Lets go before something happens." I said still curious about his smirk.
"Sure" was all Shaun said still smiling to himself when I suddenly heard a shriek i recognized all to well from behind me.
''Fuck''
