Chapter 12

Sean's POV

Ohh Shit!!!

Shit Shit Shit!!!!

"Shaun" I said with a smile, in a tone that a child uses with his parents when caught doing something naughty. 

"I don't need an explanation," his arms folded and smirk growing bigger "Just needed to know if you were aware she was still in there." 

"phew" a sigh of relief escaped from me. I was worried about how to explain it but I secretly thanked God that it was Shaun that saw Kate and not the others.

 "Look" I said my tone turning serious, "A lot of things are going on, but right now i need to get all of us out of here before she gets up or they wake her up."

I gave him a pleading look and asked"Can you help me?"

He stared at me probably trying to figure out what's going on, a look of confusion and suspicion on his face; "Yeah" he replied

An expression of gratitude took over my face.

"HEY GUYS?" he called out to all while walking into the common room.

"Let's go." He stated.

Everyone had stopped what they were doing and had come into room. All were confused by Shaun's statement.

"Go where?" asked Liam

Shaun always had a talent of changing peoples' mind. If anyone could get our group of guys up and about we could leave it to him to do that.

"You know where." He replied with a grin

"Oh. Not a bad idea." 

Colin had understood what we had not.

Looking at the confusion playing on our faces Shaun said, "Our Place." his grin still visible to all.

Now all were excited about the idea.

"Huhhh? But what about my Doctor Who?!" Marshall wined, as he got up and walked over to where we were

"Okay; If you want you can stay back here and watch it while the rest go out and have fun without you." Shaun said in a 'matter-of-fact' tone

A pout which only Marshall could pull off without looking weird, took over and was portrayed with his entire body language. 

"You know I would never miss out on time with you all" he retorted and received a smile from all.

"Then let me just pack up all the snacks and then we'll leave." 

At this, all turned towards Liam and then burst out laughing. "What? we will get hungry on the way. Then don't tell me you want some of the snacks; I wont give you any." 

"What are you people talking about?" Came Claudia's voice from behind the group

Damn, I had forgotten about her.

"You can't come!" I blurted out

"Why?" She asked. 

"Because I said so"

I could see anger building up in her as it slowly crept into her voice.

"Tell me why?"

Marshall had already gone to switch off the T.V and tidy up what he unsettled; so I looked towards Shaun for help but from his expression I could see he too had forgotten about Claudia being here.

 Good thing he hadn't said the name of 'our place' if not she would had followed us there.

"Claudia," Colin came to our rescue "You can definitely come with us if you want." Excitement had taken over her, while now, I was dumb-founded.

"But...."

He strolled towards her and bent down to her ear level; and whispered something to her. We couldn't make out the words but her expression shifted from excitement to disbelief to horror. 

Marshall had joined us and was trying to figure out why Colin was whispering into Claudia's ear.

 She looked up at Colin first as if trying to come to terms with what she heard and then turned towards us.

"I .. I never knew that you were those kind of people" she aghasted. 

"Especially you Marshall; I thought you were different from them" 

"Wait what's gong on?" He asked, shocked by her sudden out burst.

She turned and walked out the door without answering his question.

Confused was the word to describe the three of us. 

"What did you say?" I asked Colin as soon as the door clicked shut

With a look of satisfaction he said "I told her we  were going to a strip club and if she was into girls she could come and enjoy with us"

Shaun went up to him with a smile and ruffled his neatly combed hair "What a devil you are. And to think she believed that! Hah!"

"What was that?" Liam asked as he waked in with a bag of snacks

"Nothing much, but looks like we got rid of her for quite some time." I answered with a smile

"Well, shall we go now that she's gone?" Shaun asked us

"Let's leave" he answered

"Sorry guys I won't be joining today. Go on without me" I said

"But why?" asked Liam confused by my decision.

"Probably because of the girl in his bedroom" answered Colin in my stead

I look at Shaun dumb founded as to how Colin knew this to find him just as surprised by this statement. 

"Her jeans are lying on the floor in you living room; I noticed" he concluded

"I.. Er.." 

"Oh lets leave" said Liam suddenly with a huge smirk on. "We shouldn't disturb the couple on this happy occasion right guys" he commented with a wink.

At this all of them smiled and started walking out the door, giving me no time to explain and clear the air.

All except Marshall seemed to be snickering and smirking while leaving. Well knowing him he might be wondering about his 'Doctor Who' episode.

Marshall's POV

But why was she so angry at me?
