After Aleks leaves I start cleaning the house for a bit but then get tired and call Samuel. "Hey you've reached my voicemail I hope you know what to do since I'm not able to answer." What? It went straight to voicemail, usually I know when he's not going to pick up. Why didn't I know that? I start stressing until I hear the door ring, figuring its Sam. I reach the door and a very not Sam shape's shadow looms over the door and a feeling of dread washes over me. Fuck me, why today?
"Sweetie, won't you let Mommy in? I have some news you need to know about." My mom said in her false soprano. "Fuck off." I say through the door and start walking back towards the kitchen. As soon as I open the fridge I hear the door unlock and open. "Honestly baby you should remember that Mommy can pick your locks." She says as she slides her tools back into her giant yellow and green purse. She walks up towards me, I move further away. "Aren't you supposed to be in prison for the last time you visited?" I could've sworn she had gotten at least five years for breaking and entering along with her assault on us with a baseball bat.
"Tsk Tsk. Baby you should know by now that nothing can keep me from my boys, not even a state run penitentiary." She sauntered closer and I had run out of kitchen space to evade her. She licked her lips and placed her hand to close for comfort on my inner thigh and said something that chilled me to the core. "Your powers are gone and your brother is dead. Your boy-toy is in a fight for his life and shortly Alek's whore will be dead with him. Any last words baby?" She slid her hand up further grabbing something no mother should ever grab on her son and squeezed. "It truly is a shame I never got to use this." She said with a touch of remorse before a sharp pain split through my head and darkness engulfed me.

Black Sun came on my Spotify shuffle, I never really listened to the words much but I assume it's more or less like I Will Follow You Into The Dark, Alek's and Anne's song. All I really focused on was the chorus, and I always thought of Jackson as my black sun, my whole world revolved around him. I listened to it shortly before it cut off, I picked up my phone expecting a call from Jack. However, no call appeared, my service turning to roaming before just cutting out completely. I looked out, confused because I hadn't heard a storm but suddenly it was obvious there was one coming. The sky an angry black color, with flashes of lightning brightening the darkness.
A knock on my front door startles me, my family shouldn't be home until late. I head down the steps, jumping the last three, and walk towards the door. With the sky bring so dark I can only see the vague outlines of my father and mother. I reach for the door then something hits me, they never knock, they always have their keys. Small warning bells go off before my father's voice comes through the door. "Open up our hands are full of groceries. It's about to storm let us in!" I shook my head at my warning bells and unlocked the door. My parents stood at the door drenched from head to toe, water pooling at their feet.
They came inside, not bothering to dry their feet when they came in, the puddles growing larger with every step. Thunder cracked outside, I looked through the door and noticed the first few rain drops hitting the pavement before shutting and locking the door. Wait, it just started raining? I looked to my parents who were making their way to the kitchen, still soaked. Even dad said it was ABOUT to rain, not that it was raining, why are they soaked? I followed them into the kitchen, they were putting groceries up until they noticed I was watching them.
"Are you just going to stand there or are you going to actually help us?" Dad said agitated, as he reached for another can of soup. I looked down, water had pooled between them, slowly filling the corner where they stood and slowly started coming towards me. To much water for it to be physically possible to be coming from them. I took a step back finally realizing something was wrong, that's when mom started to laugh, a low gurgling sound that scared me shitless. She turned to me, her eyes vanished, empty pits gazing at me, making my skin crawl. "What's wrong baby? Don't you love mommies new look?" The gurgling laugh again as they both started towards me. The water finally reaching my feet holding me in place. I tried to yell but was stopped by a torrent of water shot from whatever looked like my dad. Water filled my lungs, I'M DROWNING IN MY FUCKING KITCHEN. I couldn't breathe, everything started turning black, I heard Jackson's ring tone in the other room. JACKSON PLEASE TELL ME YOU SEE THIS! My lungs burned, I blacked out.
Hey sorry everyone for like the month or so long missing update, especially since this chapter is so short. The internet in my house went off and I started college so my free time is almost nonexistent, however I'm going to start trying to update at least every other Wednesday from now on, thanks for your patients.
