When I came back from the warehouse I found my desk still full with stuff and an angry Jungkook next to it. I lead the panel aside first so it wasn't in the way for the customers and then directed myself to the glares I was receiving.

"Where were you?" Jungkook asked pissed off.

"I was just in the warehouse for ten minutes, Jungkook."

"Well, I don't know why, but like five customers decided to come up to me during those ten minutes and I couldn't find you anywhere!"

I chuckled. "Where are they?"

"Gone."

"So, you were able to help them?"

"No... I told them off."

"Jungkook!" I said totally shocked. He was kidding, right?

"What? I told them it was my first day, but that you were walking around somewhere, that they should ask you, but then they just came back to me because they couldn't find you like hell can I help them?! They didn't even ask anything about toys, I don't even know what they were talking about, they're all so pathetic, but fine. I stopped whatever I was doing - what wasn't a lot because seriously? I can't find any of these, Chinsang! It's freaking frustrating, - but anyway, I walked around the rows to find you so you could help those people and you weren't freaking there!"

"So what did you tell them?" I asked, I was panicking just a little.

"I told them I didn't know where you were, but that you would come back and then continued, but now they're just gone."

"My god!" I placed my elbows on my desk and went with my fingers through my hair.

"You weren't there!" Jungkook accused me once again, although his tone sounded rather weak.

"You could've asked someone else. There are other employees around, maybe not for this section, but this isn't a toy store! There is a section for clothes, the garden, kitchen utensils, baby stuff, school stuff and other kind of trivial things. There are employees for all the sections, they're not too far away. You. Could've. Should've. Asked. Someone. Else!

"How am I supposed to know that?"

"Do you think I'm responsible for the entire store?!" I asked a little upset.

Jungkook scratched the back of his head and looked down.

I groaned. "Okay, just stay here. I'll be right back."

I quickly walked up to the office in front and asked Yoona to call the boss. I didn't know if it was rude to ask him, but I really needed it: I asked if I could have a phone with me so that Jungkook could call me if something was wrong. Luckily, the boss immediately gave in. Well, I mean... luckily?

No, not really.

The day passed by slowly and I realized that I had made a terrible mistake. Asking for a phone and giving Jungkook the number had been an awful idea.

I was just doing my job: filling the rows with toys or being in the warehouse most of the time. I felt really popular that day though because I had to stop working every five minutes to pick up my phone. Guess who was on the other side? That's right, Jungkook!

And I understood that, really. Customers can be a pain in the ass, definitely when you're new, but the problem was that he didn't even bother helping them. Whatever question they had, whether it was about something from the whole other side of the store, to something in his section, to the box he was holding right at that moment, he still had to call me. Second thing that pissed me off was that he didn't even try to find me. I was sometimes just a few rows ahead of him and I just heard him tell the customers that he would call me. I heard his actual voice from the place he was standing better than the voice that talked to me over the phone. One time I was busy with the row that was attached to the desk. I heard Jungkook talk to the customers, he was coming this way. For some really stupid reason I finally thought that he was looking for me, but no, he didn't even notice me while I saw him standing by the desk dialing the number. I picked up the phone and while he was talking I made my way over to where he was. He looked shocked when he saw me. I made sure he could see my phone and ended the call, giving him a deadly glare, then helped the customers without another glance in his direction.

It had been a long day and I was glad when I finally got home. Unfortunately, the next few days were all the same. It was obvious that Jungkook thought he was better than us. His behaviour was disturbing and rude. And although he had that perfectly innocent look, he was just a little shit. He only talked to me, he never once asked anyone else for help even if they were passing him by while he was 'on his way to find me' - as I heard him tell the customers. The employees around here were all friendly, that was partly why I got easily attached to the job, so I knew it was just Jungkook that sort of told them off or wanted to annoy me. At noon, he was barely around. I got along with all the other students who worked here and we all ate together in one small room. In the beginning, Jungkook sat with us, but he didn't say a word. I couldn't bother getting him involved in the conversation, though, and he never made any attempts to do that himself. He seemed distracted, but at the same time fully concentrated, just on something else. His gaze wandered around the room, I saw him do that more often. Instead of working, he was just looking around. At first, I thought he was trying to memorize what was where in the store, but obviously I was wrong. I didn't know what was going on in his mind. Weird boy. After a while however, he didn't show up for lunch anymore. I couldn't be bothered, but something about him interested me.

It had been a few days. I sometimes tried to converse with the boy when we were both working close to the desk for example, but he didn't share a lot with me. Although, I thought I noticed that he appreciated it.

"How long are you working here?" I asked. I was helping with the delivery because he was just so freaking slow.

"Depends", he just answered vaguely.

I looked at him weirdly. "On what?"

The boy took a deep breath. "My hyungs. They are taking so freaking long... I bet they're just bullying me", he muttered more to himself than to me.

I didn't quite understand what he meant, but I decided to let it go.

"So... Will your family visit you here?"

Jungkook huffed and chuckled all in once, but that was the only response I got.

I sighed. "Alright then..."
