Be Safe. Chapter 16

The next morning I tried to sit up but was stopped by a thick belt like object. I turned my head a little and realise I'm asleep on Levi's bare chest. I turn my head slowly and see he is indeed awake and looking at me a small smile on his face. "What are you smiling about?" I ask. "Just how beautiful you are." he replies. I blush and burry my face to his chest. "Hey don't do that." he says pushing my face up with two fingers he planted a soft kiss on my lips and gently slid out of bed. "Come on we have a meeting to attend." he says. I smile and set my feet on the ground. He throws a set of spare clothes I left here after we moved. He takes a quick shower and I take one after him. Quickly slipping on my clothes. I step out while brushing through my hair. Levi steps over to me and takes a bit of my hair and pins it behind my head. He then slips a necklace over my neck I look to see the scouting regiment wings of freedom and a few in graved words on the back. 'Property of Humanity's Strongest.' it read. "You can't own me Levi." I say. "Are you sure about that?" he asks dangerously. "Yes." I stand up to him. "If its true then why are you still wearing it?" he asks. "Because I love you and I am okay with being yours." I smirk and he smiles full out smiles. "Who was the last person you smiled to like that?" I ask. "No one here." he says and leads me out of the room with interlocked hands. We enter the room and split I walk to Eren, Armin, and Mikasa while Levi walks to Hanji and Erwin. I smirk at how close they have been standing lately and make a mental note to confront Hanji about it. Erwin explains the plan and he puts me with Eren Mikasa and Armin. Levi opens his mouth to object 'Levi don't you dare I am completly healed I will be fine.' I warn. He gives me a long look but nods. I smile and go back to listening to Erwin and memorizing the formation. I had it permanently lodged in my brain and Erwin gave us the rest of the day off. Levi and I went straight back to his office and he locked the door. "Are you crazy?" he asks. "What?" I ask. "Are you crazy you can die out there the girl were after is dangerous she could hurt you or worse I don't want you to end up like..." he trailed off and the sad look in his eyes shone more than ever.

I quickly wrapped my arms around his wasit and swayed a little. "Calm down I will be fine." I say. He smiles slightly and takes my hand. "I wanna show you something." he says and leads me up stairs. We go all the way to where I normally get to the roof from. He looked straight up and found what ever he was looking for. "You see that small knob?" he asks and I nod while looking closely. "Good." he says and grabs my waist boosting me up. "Pull." he says and I do so. A door flies open and he lets down the ladder. I walk up first him just behind me the ladder was old and dusty but in a way still beautiful. I made it up and gasped at it. The place was clean and amazing everything set up. In the corner was a rocking chair meant for a child and in the middle was a white piano. Off to the side was a couch and there was a huge wardrobe painted in the amazing colors of emerald green with gold accents the brass knobs were shined and the paint touched up. Above the warbrobe was an amazing old painting of a girl with black hair in a rocking chair holding a ball she was very pretty and I all in all loved it. (pictured below)

She was young but still was pretty. I took the picture down and saw the name Elenor along with the words age 5 I smiled and put the picture back up then turned to Levi. "How did you find this place?" I ask. "When you would go up to the roof at night I would stand in the hall to make sure you didn't fall. And one night I walked around and saw this place. I came back the next night when you didn't go up stairs and came in and ever since I have been cleaning it up. I cleaned everything but the stairs and I don't know why." he says. "Its amazing thank you for sharing this with me." I say. "Look in the wardrobe." he says. I open the wardrobe and find amazing elegant dresses that all flow to the floor and probably haven't been worn in ages. "Oh wow." I say pulling out a lace and silk (F/c) one that fell to the floor. "Levi look!" I exclaim holding it to my body. "You should try it on." he says motioning to the changing curtain near the wardrobe I pull it out and set it up I grabbed a corset and tightened it to give me the full look. I pulled the dress on and was happy with the way it fit. It was low but not too low and the sleeves sat on my arms. Levi threw a pair of (F/c) gloves over the curtian and I slipped them on. I quickly put my hair in a more elegant up do and stepped out. I gasped to see Levi had changed as well. He was in a suit with his cravat showing he looked amazing and only now did I notice a replica wardrobe on the other side of the room. Levi held out gloved hand for me to take and I did. And we were dancing. There wasn't any music but our hearts gave us a beat as the beat at the same time only making our connection closer. My dress swayed with my movements and Levi always led me in the right direction. He let go of one side of me and twirled me pulling me close after and soon we stopped. He kissed me and then we heard clapping and lots of it. I looked to the door to see a bunch of the new cadets Hanji and Erwin all clapping and cheering. I blushed and hid my face in Levi's shoulder. "Get the fuck out!" he shouted and I heard lots of scrambling then all was quiet. "Thats better its okay (F/n) their gone." he whispered quietly. "Thankyou for the dance Levi." I say. "Anything for you love." he says. I giggle and walk behind the curtain changing my clothes again I got into my survey corps uniform. I carefully hang the dress back up but I spotted a white dress in the back. It was white with a heart cut out at the top then it had long lace sleeves from there to my neck. And around the waist was a (f/c) belt about a centimeter thick. The dress it self flowed to the floor with lace flowers decorating the bottom of it I smiled and turned to Levi. "Hey Levi some day I am going to marry you in this dress." I say his head snaps to me and he blushes a bright red. I chuckle and carefully set the dress back in the wardrobe.

I kissed him on the cheek and turned to leave. "I love you Levi." I say and start down the ladder. "Wait!" he shouts and runs down the ladder. He quickly shuts the door. "Yes?" I ask. "I love you more." he says happily smiling. I laugh a little and we walk to the mess hall for dinner. We split when we get our food but as soon as he sees Eren right next to me he stands and walks over Eren and I quickly move apart and he sits down. I throw my bread at Sasha and it hits her in the head and she grabs it and looks at me then starts flipping out saying she loves me then she said something she shouldn't have she said and I quote "I love you so much more than him right now!" she squeaked and hid behind Connie. "You wanna bet on that?" Levi growled and I elbowed him. "What was that for?" he asks. "That was me trying to secretly get you to stop being a douche way to ruin it." I say quietly. "Wow." Eren says quietly. Levi stops talking and goes back to drinking his tea and eating his bread. I smiled and looked around only to see all eyes in the mess hall on me and Levi. I quickly created a make shift curtian of my hair "Oi what are you brats looking at!" Levi shouted I felt all the eyes look away and a thought floated to my head. '(F/n) are you listening?' Levi asks. 'I am now.' I think looking at him. 'So are you embarrassed to be with me?' he asks. 'What no!!' I say angrily. 'Good so you won't mind if I do this.' and with that he kissed me. I gasped allowing him to drive his tounge into my mouth. 'Not at all.' I smile through our kiss. Soon we both need oxygen sadly. We pull apart and I can hear Eren "You go girl." In a high pitched voice. I starts laughing along with the entire mess hall still holding on to Levi I laugh into his chest until I can't breath. Levi chuckles slightly but soon it stops.

"Hey (F/n)." Levi mumbles sleepily later as we lay down. "Yes Levi?" I ask. "Will you promise me something?" he looks at me. "What is it?" I turn my body to face him and he does the same. "Be safe and don't die tomorrow." he says wrapping his arms around me lazily. "Levi." I say setting my hand on his cheek. "I can't die tomorrow cause we still have to get married in that dress and get you a tuxedo. Plus why would I ever leave you." I say. "Okay. I love you." he says. "I love you two." I smile and kiss him putting my arms around his waist.
