Chapter 1 - Birth

The sun was shining, the bees were buzzing and the people were bustling along the market place in Konaha. It was indeed a beautiful day and was a very special day for a certain young Hatake who was eagerly awaiting the arrival of his younger sibling.

Kakashi's P.O.V
I was waiting inside the hospital waiting room with father while mother was in a room giving birth to my younger brother, well I'm not too sure if it'll be a boy or girl but I'd wished soooooooooo much for it to be a boy I'd love a younger brother and being an older brother is going to be soooo much fun. I could hardly contain myself I was sitting on a chair swinging my feet back and fourth i was starting to get impatient I mean how hard could child birth be. I looked to my left and looked up at father, he was sitting trying to keep his calm, he seemed worried about something but why would he be worried at time like this.

Dad can I ask you something. I asked trying to pass the time.

Sure son what is it. He replied with a smile.

Does it usually take this long for a baby to be born. I asked the curiosity obvious in my voice.

Well it didn't take too long for you to be born it only took an hour at the most if I remember correctly, also your mothers not as fit as she used to be. He answered with a smile but it was different from the one before almost like his smile was trying to hide something but what, worry probably.

What does he mean " remember correctly " how bad of a memory does he have it was only four years ago.

I was broken from my train of thought by a medic Nin entering the room. They told us we could go see my mother now.

We entered the room and were now with my mother and my younger brother and a medic Nin . I knew it was a boy I just knew It, i was soooo happy. My mother look pretty unwell I started to wonder if child birth was a lot harder than it sounded.

I glanced to the side of my mother and there he was the one person who had made me so happy. My baby brother.

What's his name. I asked my mother.

Well I haven't thought of a name yet. She chuckled, she seemed quite embarrassed and also tired probably because she just gave birth. I thought about letting you decide what to call him after all he's your little brother.

I walked over to him and took in his features he was soo cute, I started to rub his check with my small finger, he grabbed my finger and wrap his hand around my small finger. He started to laugh and smile he seemed so happy, all of this happiness i was feeling was because of him - that's it I've got.

What about Yuki. I said rather confidently, it was the perfect name it means happiness and he just brings happiness with him so it just suited him so perfectly.

What a lovely name. She replied.

It suits him. My father said now joining our conversation.

Excuse me but I'm afraid you'll have to leave her to rest now. The medic Nin had interrupted.

I really didn't want to leave but mother promised I could visit again tomorrow so I calmed down.
