Earth was much stranger than you'd expected. Although you'd spent years learning all about it, it was completely different to how you'd imagined it yet much more beautiful.
Being at a camp was odd too. But you felt safe there, even if you had just survived. 'You're one of them,' you heard a sharp voice say and turned to see a woman in front of you. The phrase would have sounded like a question if it hadn't been said with such an assured tone.

The woman stood with grace but the look on her face told you that she wouldn't hesitate to kill if it was needed. She didn't look too much older than you but that didn't mean that she wasn't more experienced and a lot more lethal than you.

You gave a small smile as you said, 'Yes, I am. Thank you for allowing us to stay here, it's very kind of you.' You were nearly sure that it was Lexa, Commander Lexa who you had been told about before by some of the 100.

'Nice to see some of you have manners,' she said, allowing a small smile to grace her face. The smile immediately softened her face which had appeared so harsh before and you realised that she may not be as cold as she had let on.

Hearing her name being called, she turned around to see one of the Grounders waving her over. As she turned away, she said, 'Tell me if you need anything and I hope I won't be getting any trouble from you.' There was a light tone to her voice and you let out a small laugh.

'Of course not, Commander Lexa,' you replied, a teasing grin on your face as you gave a small wave. Maybe the two of you would be friends and maybe, you'd be more...
