We were finally in middle school. All I hope for everything would be better then primary school. Too bad it was the exact opposite.

"Why are you following me?" I ask her, grunting. "You could of gone to a different school! A better one for you!"

"It's because I love you." I jumped as she giggled.

"Oi! What is this girl saying? We could still see each other. We live right next to each other. Stop saying embarrassing things and transfer to a better school for you to go in."

"Hmph! Could it be that Tobio doesn't want to go to the same school as me?" you grunt.

"Eh? Did I say that? This girl." I mumbled.

"Please stop talking to yourself." you muttered. "I wanted to go here. Don't think it's all about you. Besides you wouldn't be able to do much without me."

"(Y/N)..."

"I was only speaking the truth. Anyway I'm going to sign up for manager. Should I make a bento for you?"

"Yeah, that's sounds good." I answered. She laughed and I just took her hand and the both of us walk to class together. I don't remember when it happened but later on, I started to get more immersed with volleyball. She didn't mind. She was focus on her studies as well. She even worked hard as being a manager for the team.

"Hi, I'm Oikawa Tooru. Nice to meet you Kageyama-kun."

"Osu. It's nice to meet you as well." I said, feeling embarrassed. (Y/N) walks up behind me and looked at the upperclassmen who went up to the other female managers.

"Whose that Tobio?"

"Oikawa Tooru. He's the strongest one here." (Y/N) could see my eyes with determination and pats my back.

"Well, work hard Tobio." she says to me, walking away. I smiled, thinking what I should do next. I started to stay even longer at practice. Every morning, I took a jog. I look for ways to train. I wanted to get more stronger--more accurate. The only times I did took break were at lunch or weekends.

I never sought to realize that I was spending less and even more less time with (Y/N). She was always smiling that I never notice.

"Hey Tobio?" she asks, calling me from the other side of the phone.

"Yeah?"

"Let's go watch the new movie that he came out a week ago."

"Sure."

"Can we meet up this weekend or do you want to go together?" She asks.

"I think I have a meeting early in the morning so let's meet up before noon?"

"Okay!" She sounded so happy. That day, I didn't came. I was interviewed as if I was scouted into a power school for highschool. I was called a genius, a prodigy which was something that was never told me my whole life. I didn't know how much time passed and I went home past noon, forgetting my promise with (Y/N). I was so happy that I called her.

"Tobio?!" she sounded surprised.

"Guess what (Y/N)?!" I asked. "I got interviewed. I was praised as a genius! At this rate, maybe I can surpass Oikawa. No, I will pass him!"

"Oh.. That's great news! I'm proud of you Tobio!" she chuckles. I ended the call and fistpump in the air. "Let's get training." It was then my bad temper became a habit.

Again, I didn't noticed it. (Y/N) had slowly started to become isolated by the other managers from the team. I don't think she even noticed it. Then one day, when I went to go talk to her...

"(Y/N)-chan!" a voice said. I stood there watching, holding a bottle water, wondering what you and your friend were talking about. "Why don't you talk to your boyfriend about this!? His angry temper.. He hasn't spent time with you a whole lot either! Why do you put up with someone like him?!"

"Oi.. Don't speak to my boyfriend like that again. I know he's busy and I'm sure his temper is because he's stressing out. Please don't blame him." she slightly bows. After the girl left, (Y/N) clenches her hand and so did I. A month later, I decided to break up with (Y/N).
