"(Y/N), let's b-break up." She looked at me, wondering if I had stuttered or not. She then looks down, realizing I was being serious. She starts to show a fake smile and doesn't look up.

"Why?" (Y/N) asks. She clenches the bottom of her hem, looking at the ground. Her (h/c) bangs were covering her eyes so I couldn't tell if she was crying or not.

"I just want to focus on volleyball. I don't want to think about being in a relationship right now." I looked away after answering her question.

"Liar." she said. I didn't say anything but make my fist even tighter. Please.. Don't make this harder for me then it already is. I stood there in silence, hoping she would make the first move, if not I'll leave not wanting to look away. "I got it, Tobio. Let's break up."

It sounded as the door being shut. And it was locked.

About a week later, I caught myself looking at her door. I haven't seen her shown up to class for about a week. Her family and mines were good friends, most days we were eating dinner together. I would of thought my mom would be talking to her's but now that I thought about it, she hasn't talked to her for about a week.

"Hey mom. How come you haven't talked to (Y/N)'s mother lately? Did you guys had a fight?" she stops washing the dishes, wiping her hands with a towel, and looks at me confused.

"Did you know?" she asks, "(Y/N)'s family is at Hokkaido."

"Do you know when they'll be back?"

"They haven't told me." she answers, "But (Y/N) didn't tell you?" My mother continues to go back to wash the dishes. I walk up to my room and pop the window open. I looked at the window that was in front of me that belonged to (Y/N)'s room.

"Tobio?" I looked down to see (Y/N) with a huge bag on her and a luggage right next to her. I was surprised to see her, smiling. I quickly went downstairs and went outside to hug her. She smiles, looking a bit confused, "Tobio?"

I thought she left me. I could of told to be mine again. It was the perfect mood. I pulled her back away from me before she could wrapped her arms around me.

"I thought you'd move."

"No. We only went to Hokkaido for a week and a few days. I didn't tell you..?" she inquired.

"No."

"Sorry." she smiled. That look. She was looking at me if she was going to wait for me. But I guess she couldn't wait any longer.

After all that, we still spoke. She became an exclusion to any conversations about me with the other managers or members. It was a good thing she didn't know. I wouldn't want her to.

The day when everyone decided to leave the court, she didn't knew about it either. I ran out of patience whenever I got on the court. Magazines about me being called "king of the court" was spread but I did everything I could for (Y/N) to stay away from the news.

Middle school ended. Highschool came. And our fate changed.
