Statue
When I first met you I must admit
You look like a beautiful angel
Shining marble wings
Cut to perfectionAn ordinary angel in
An ordinary garden
Delicate and fragile. Now as I open my eyes
I believe I'm finally seeing youI walked pasted you,
like anyone else would doThis time I stopped
Heart skipping a beat
Legs planted to the ground
Heart dropped to my feetYour marble wings were chipped
Cracking with ageYou didn't seem ordinary anymore
Your eyes, they said
"I'm looking the world right in the eyes- and I'm never backing down."I don't think you delicate now.
Time and rain has worn you down
All you do is stand there as you've always done but
You look like one who has fought to many battlesI think you're still beautiful
A/N: Yeah this was inspired by Dakota.
