****** ALEXIS' P.O.V. ******
School was actually pretty good. I spent most of it sitting beside Breanna who turns out to have three of the four classes I had that day. She was in my English, advanced functions and calculus class. We sat together in every class and then came time to my last class of the day, and that's when everything flipped the other way around!
Room 230. Yep, it's the right room. Deep breath Alexis you got this!
I opened the door and stepped inside. The room was full of students. There had to be more than thirty of them! There was no way I was going to survive this class for long.
"Everyone welcome to grade twelve drama. I am Ms. Evans and I will be your teacher this year. Now would you please gather around and make a circle and we will all start to get acquainted with one another." She said as everyone started to take a seat on the carpet floor in a circle.
On the other hand, I had looked at the short woman in disbelief that I was somehow taller her. I had always been the short one at my old school, but here I felt like a giant.
I sat down beside some boy and some red-headed girl and that's when she walked in.
"Sorry I'm late, I had to get my classes switched around," Tiffany said as she put her stuff down and took a set right beside me.
Great! Just when I thought the day was turning out great, I had to go and jinx it! So that's what she had been giggling to herself a dinner last night.
"Oh my g-ness! I didn't know you took drama, Alexis!" Tiffany said when she finally noticed who she was sitting beside.
"Yep. It's my first time." I said and she looked shocked.
"Really? Well, then we will go easy on you." She said with another one of her evil up to no good smiles.
"What's that supposed to mean?" I asked.
"Well it's just this is the more advanced drama class and everyone in here is really serious about drama." She said and I was in full shock.
"What and I don't look like I take this seriously?" I asked and she tried to put on this 'sorry I didn't mean it like that, don't be mad' kind of thing.
"No, it's just they are all really good and they get very mad if people don't meet their expectations." She said and I just gave her a fake smile.
"You know what, thanks for the heads up but I think I'll survive!" I said and turned to focus on what the teacher was saying.
Turns out I didn't miss much. She just took the attendance.
"Ok wow, it's a big class we have this year! Looks like nearly everyone has shown up." Ms. Evans said and my mouth dropped.
"NEARLY?" I blurted out and everyone laughed. How on earth could we fit any more people in this class! There is already thirty-six or something.
