You held your breath as you looked at the male standing in front of you with his arms wide open. BTS has been away on tour for a month or two and they were supposed to come back the following week. But here was Jungkook now standing in front of you at your workplace, waiting for you to run into his arms.

"Yah Jeon Jungkook!" You slightly yelled as you started running from where you were standing and straight into his arms. You could feel his arms wrap around you tightly. "I thought you were coming next week." You mumbled as you held onto him tightly.

You had missed his scent. His hugs, everything about him in general. The way he would sing to you every night before the two of you would go to sleep. When he would be shy about physical contact in front of his hyungs, but did it anyways because he loved you. When he would just randomly shower you with kisses when you two were alone. He would just randomly show up where you told him you were going to be and pick you up.

"The week was supposed to be for us to just walk around and look around but I wanted to come back as soon as I could to see you again." He held on to you tighter and sighed, "I missed you so much Jagiya. You don't know how much I wanted to hug you and be with you in person."

He let go of you and smiled as he quickly kissed you. He brought you over to a table and quickly brought a box out of his bag, "I'll make this quick since you have to get back to your job." He moved the box towards you but before you could take it he moved it back towards him.

"Ah what the heck Jungkook, I wanna know what's inside the box!" He took out another piece of paper and put it on top of the box and finally handed it to you. You carefully took the box into my own hands and opened it. "Oh Jungkook..." You couldn't help but gasp as you saw what was inside the box.

"D-Do you like it? I picked it out with Jimin-hyung  since he also knows what you like and we both agreed that you would like it." You pulled out a necklace with a plain sapphire charm. It was Jungkook's birthstone. "It's simple but I wanted you to have something to remember me by every time I had to leave you. I-I have one too." He pulled out a necklace from underneath his shirt and the charm for him was your birthstone.

"Even though it's simple it's beautiful Jungkook. It's also sweet that you have my birthstone as your necklace. I love it!" You saw Jungkook smile and sigh of relief as he got up from his seat and walked towards you.

"Here I'll help you put it on." He took the necklace from you and put it on your neck. "You should get to work, I don't want your boss getting mad at you or something." You smiled and quickly gave him a peck on the cheek as you got up.

"Are you just going back to the dorm to hang out with the rest of the boys?" He smiled and nodded his head,

"Of course, I have nothing else to do anyways. I'll talk to you later?" You smiled and nodded as Jungkook gave you another kiss before waving and walking away. You were planning on contacting him as soon as you finished work, maybe you two could hang out with afterwards.

*A few weeks later*

Liar.

You found yourself a few weeks later standing in front of Jungkook's grave. He never answered any of your calls after you finished work, and he never showed up at the door. You and the rest of Bangtan had searched everywhere for Jungkook when someone had finally found him.

Someone was speeding and crossed a red light, running over Jungkook in the process. The police had called their manager first and then the manager called Jin, relaying the news.

As soon as you had heard the new the next day from BTS themselves, you felt your whole world crashing down on you. The person that you considered your world was gone just like that. He was smiling when he left but now he was gone.

Just like that.

You stood in front of his coffin. Tears filling your eyes, threatening to spill over the brim of you eyes. You sniffled and tried to keep your tears back. Jungkook probably wouldn't want you to cry in front of him.

*Flashback*

"Baby please don't cry." Jungkook rubbed your back and pulled you in for a hug. "You look beautiful, but your beauty radiates when you are smiling and happy. It makes me happy." You tried to stop crying and held back your tears. He wiped your remaining tears away as you gave him a slight smile. "See that's a start. Now you should smile even more!"

"It's just that," You sniffled, talking about this topic made you want to cry even more. "Your fans don't accept me. Maybe they're right, You deserve someone better than me. I'm just a plain person." Jungkook sighed and pulled you in for a full hug, stroking your hair.

"You mean the world to me, as long as we love each other nothing else should matter right?" He pulled away from me and looked at me in the eyes, "I treasure my fans but in my eyes you are the most important thing to me right now."

He got a box of tissues off the table and handed them to you, carefully wiping your tears again. You smiled at him, "That's the the smile I wanted to see from you," He kissed you gently and them hugged you tightly, "Please don't cry, it breaks my heart to see you cry. Seeing you cry makes me feel like I've done something wrong."

*End of flashback*

You wiped your eyes from any tears that were threatening to come down at any moment. You looked at Jungkook's face, there was no sign of any life. You could feel your heart breaking into pieces, who were you going to find that made you feel the way Jungkook made you feel?

He was like your guardian angel.

You then noticed that he was still wearing the necklace that you two had. He was still wearing your birthstone and you were still wearing his. He made you feel like there was nothing wrong when you were together.

The way he comforted you when you were stressed. When he would send you little videos every time he traveled with the boys. When he sent you his covers before he shows it to his fans. All those little moments were the most special to you, it showed you that he really did truly love you.

And you really did love him. You loved him with all of our heart.

"W-Why did you," Tears started streaming down your face as you backed from his coffin, you were unable to control your own emotions now. "Why did you have to go like this?!" You started sobbing. You knelled down in front of Jungkook's coffin, covering your face , while also trying to wipe your tears away.

"L-Let's back away from his coffin and calm down a bit okay?" Jimin walked up to you, and carefully wrapped his arms around your shoulders, leading you to the back of the funeral, so that you could cry there. "I-I know how you feel, but I'm sure Jungkook wouldn't want to see you cry, especially at a time like this." He handed you tissues as you wiped away your tears.

"I can't Jimin, you know how much I cared for him. He shouldn't have gone like this. He should still be alive."

Your life never really did go great after Jungkook was found dead. Your mom found this as an opportunity to tell you that it wasn't meant to be and that you should try to find someone else and not let it get to you.  You, for some reason got fired from your job, and ever since everyone found out that Jungkook had died. The fans didn't think twice to hate on you and blame his death on you, since Jungkook did die on his way to the dorm from your workplace.

Adding never seeing Jungkook's smile again nothing just felt right. Sure having the rest of BTS there to comfort you did make you feel just a tiny bit better but it all wasn't right.

Nothing felt right.

"H-Hey Jimin, I'm gonna go." You stood up and wiped away your tears. You exited the place where the funeral was and nearby you found a lake. It felt like nothing was worth it anymore. Everything was just worse than it was before.

You decided to end it, you could see Jungkook soon anyways.

So you ended it without hesitation.
